Not only am I happy with this company's services, I am also very impressed with their customer service. Especially Brittany Kinser who has answered all of my questions when I call. I was especially impressed when she took the time to find another company to help me with a service that they did not cover. This is true customer service. I highly recommend this company and Brittany. I am looking forward to a long relationship. Thanks!!

I wish to commend Naturescape and Jacob Gamble on the fall aeration and overseeding job he did on my lawn this past week. Jacob was courteous and professional. He took his time and did not rush the job. He was attentive to detail, careful about working around the landscape, and did excellent work. I appreciate this kind of work ethic so very much. Thank you Jacob!

BEWARE! Let me start by saying that I rarely (if ever) leave reviews. And… I gave them EVERY chance to respond to my before leaving reviews… but they didn’t. So, I’m leaving this review for 2 reasons: 1) they deserve it, and 2) perhaps I can help prevent someone from thinking they’re getting a bargain and have the experience I did. You’ll get what you pay for.

I’ve been with Naturescape for 3 years. I stuck around for 3 reasons: 1) Price, 2) they did a pretty good job on weeds. 2) they didn’t make my grass too healthy so I didn’t have to cut it often. However, as my grass and their service continued to deteriorate, I reached a breaking point and had to cancel - or should I say TRY to cancel, since I’ve been waiting for a refund for over a month!

First, I experienced increasing weeds and almost always had a yellowing, anemic-looking lawn. Then, as a bonus each year, they would decorate my lawn with a dark green design like an ‘S’, a squiggly, or a circle as they haphazardly applied fertilizer. When pointed it out to them (more than once), they told me it could be due to a number of things including watering. I have a sprinkler system, and I’m not sure how to water in an ‘S’ pattern. Plus, it was strange how it only showed up the week after their fertilizer application.

I reached my breaking point with the granular applications. Each time, they left the fertilizer all over my hardscapes and patio area rug (where my dog lays). When I mentioned this more than once, I was told 2 things 1) The only trailers that have blowers are used for our mowings, and 2) in the attempts to conserve product and keep it off the hardscapes, they try to stay away from the hardscapes. So, since the mowing crew has blowers, I guess they’re saying it’s NOT OK to leave grass on the hardscapes, but it IS OK to leave fertilizer all over the place?

Despite the issues, it was hard to ignore the price, so when the technician came to apply the last service this year, I went inside to prepay for aeration, seeding, and next year’s service. However, when I came outside, the tech was gone and - once again, there was fertilizer all over my driveway, sidewalks, and patio!

So, I called and asked for a refund. I was told they would process the refund on the next morning and that I would receive an email and a phone call for confirmation of the refund.

Four days later, no call, no email. I sent 2 more emails and was then told the refund would take 2 to 3 weeks! 3 weeks later, I received an email saying the credit was issued. Now, it’s 10 days after that and I still haven’t received the credit and they’ve stopped returning my emails.

Very pleased with their work and regard for the customers.Noah, who is one of their service men goes above and beyond. He does his work and always asks questions to make sure he does everything I think he needs to do. I will always ask for him.

When they showed up, the work was fine. But the problem was them showing up. And the customer service representatives had no problem telling you they were coming out when in fact they were not. For example, I initially signed up for every other week services. When I first signed up (I believe on a Monday or Tuesday), they said they would be out at my house that week or early the following week. They ended up showing up almost 10 days later on a Thursday. I gave them a pass because they gave me the excuse that they were still hiring folks and what not. They then came two weeks later, which I was happy about, but I didn’t know at that time that would be the last time they’d be coming. Two weeks later, no one showed up. No call or anything. So I called them the following Monday, to which they gave an excuse about their employees quitting and maintenance on their mowers. They said they would be out that week on Thursday to mow, and they were sorry. Well that Thursday came and went with no mowing and no call. I called back and left a message, and they called back the next day with the same excuse as last time, employees and mower maintenance. It was at that point I decided to cancel my service because they let my yard get crazy high with all the false promises of coming out. I definitely do not recommend.

The technicians are quick and thorough. The products they use have proven to be very effective for maintaining my lawn. And when I ask questions, they are friendly, courteous and thorough with their responses. When I phone the office, the office staff are also very friendly and so willing to help me. I'm sometimes a "pain". But they put up with me anyway and I feel satisfied when the call is done. I will sign up again for the annual service next year.

Naturescape lawn care service is the only way to go! They are friendly, kind and very professional. There office admin Brittney is very polite and knowledgeable. Logan the manager is very professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of lawns, tree/shrubs and insects. The lawn specialist are very hard workers and very knowledgeable on all aspects of lawns. I wouldn't choose any other lawn care service!

We have used Naturescape for years and they are by far the best, most professional service around. Our beautiful lawn is living proof! They show up and perform the several seasonal services we request and there is never a problem with the results or the professionals who work there. Very Highly Recommend!

Do a great job. I have been using them for 4 years and my yard has never been this good of shape. Got two of my neighbors to try them and they are very pleased .

Naturescape has been doing all of our lawn treatment needs for several years now. Our lawn has gone from sparse groupings of grass to a lush beautiful lawn. I highly recommend them and Noah who did our treatment today!

This is the 2nd year we used Naturescape to aerate and overseed our lawn. We were not ready when the tech came and he was very nice waiting while we and our grandsons went around to flag the irrigation locations. Great service, nice people and a reasonable price!

They gave our lawn a fall treatment in the middle of the July heat and burnt all the good grass. All we have now is crabgrass which they said they treated multiple times but didn’t. We only had them do a small section of our front yard and it is ruined and embarrassment of the neighborhood. The back yard that they didn’t treat looks much better. At least it has grass! We asked them multiple times to honor their guarantee but they didn’t. UPDATE: they have been working to try and improve the lawn now. It is better but still has a long way to go to be back where we started.

Logan is super! Very knowledgeable and great character. One of his workers accidentally damaged my yard and he more than made up for it making it right. I highly recommend is work. He is a trustworthy honest man who really cares about the quality of his service.

Very knowledgeable, professional and respectful to your needs. We were referred by another Naturescape customer in our area they they have used for years and very pleased.

Noah came out today to treat my lawn. He was professional as well as very thorough. I would highly recommend Naturscape for any of lawn care needs.

The company left a very positive feeling when I made the initial call to schedule their service. That feeling still exist some 6 months later. Very knowledgeable and professional people. The service techs explained what they were applying on each trip and provided tips on what I could do. Great people & service.

I decided to take a flyer on the tree and shrub service last year. I didn't have high expectations, and the cost was reasonable enough to take a chance. Wow, this spring my trees and shrubs (I have an extra city lot for perennial beds, trees, and shrubs) bloomed brighter and more profusely than ever! I'm sold on the clear value of their service, and I have asked them to be sure to contact me in time to renew without interruption.

Charles Dillon does an exceptional job and is very customer service oriented. He is top-notch!!! The challenge with TruGreen is their customer service line- unfriendly, don’t understand the treatments for services, unable to schedule customers or connect them with the local office, they also falsely stated that TG does not work on Fridays and Saturday which Charles Dillion corrected. TG needs to do a better scheduling of customers with the Tree and Shrub service throughout the year like they do for the Lawn Service. Perhaps have exceptional employees like Charles Dillion assist in training you 800 call center employees!!

Donald did an outstanding job! Took the time and effort to do the job right and completely, just the way I expected. He did a great job!

Our technician was very thorough and competent. He is courteous and professional as well. In previous years I got a text the day before and again upon arrival for treatment that I didn’t receive today. If I know you are coming I can open my gates and bring my dog inside. Please let me know next time so I can be prepared for all our benefit. Thanks!

We are very pleased with TruGreen’s service. Our account rep Brenda is very knowledgeable & responsive.The techs are always friendly & informative. The TruGreen app has been helpful in tracking services, billings as well as having summaries & suggestions.
They also uphold their re treatment guarantee as we have had some stubborn weeds.
Highly recommend
