I was in the need of leave clean up of my yard, I reached out in Craigslist and got a response right away. The price was good and the service was great. I am very happy with how my yard looks and will use services again. Thank you

Last week I was looking for someone to cut the grass at my rental property. I googled and came across this company. I called and Tiago said he would go by soon and take a look. Couple days go by I don’t hear from him- I reach out to see when he will be able to go by to give me a price and he says, he already went by. So he gives me the price, I said OK. I told him I live out of state and if I could pay via Venmo or cash app. He said he prefers cash but ok. He said he would go Monday. Monday he texts me saying he’s on his way and asks for my Venmo to send me a request. I sent it and asked that he send me pics once it’s done and I will send the money. He says because I will not be present at the property, I would have to pay up front. I said I didn’t feel comfortable paying for a service before it’s rendered. So luckily a family member was in RI for a couple days so I said I would have them meet him at the property and pay him. Tried to coordinate times, he said he would check the schedule and get back to me and never heard back. I reached out and got no response. Nearly a week wasted waiting on him.

The owner is amazing,hardworking. Very responsive to requests. He did an amazing job removing bushes from our yard and a fantastic spring clean up. He is coming back to do some more work for us.

I hired Thiago from an ad on craigslist, and I’m very glad I did. I live out of state, but my parents are older and in Massachusetts just north of Providence, and I hired him to do the fall clean up of their yard. He quoted me a reasonable price and spent as many hours as it took to get the job done. My parents could not be happier with the work that he did. I’m very grateful that I was able to help them out by hiring Thiago, and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for help with their yard work.

Thiago was awesome and he did great work. I spoke with a handful of contractors and he was the only one to actually come to my house to quote me. The others gave a number without actually seeing the property.

I have been using New England Lawn Maintenance since the day I purchased my home. Thiago has always gone above and beyond, not only with my yard and landscaping, but with my snow removal, too. He is hardworking, genuine and treats his clients as if they are his only client. Thiago has done such a beautiful job on my yard that he couldn’t leave without my neighbor hiring him to do some work! He’s the absolute best in my book and I would recommend him over and over again!

Thiago was wonderful and helped me out for the last 2 summers with lawn maintenance on my RI property. His communication was great and the lawn looked wonderful. Highly recommend him if you are in need of yard work.

I used SOS last year and was pleased with their service. I did not renew for 2019 because I wanted to try doing it myself. Their guy showed up on the first day of Spring this year and I told him I did not renew and did not need their services this year. Their guy then swore at me, calling me an "f...ing liar" and drove off, cursing at me. Not a very good marketing technique. I would not want their guy coming to my house ever again.

They are very informative, provide all relevant information, and provide prompt and timely service. I have been using them for two years and my lawn has shown a huge improvement in quality and health.

This is our first season with SOS. We are very very pleased with the way our lawn is looking after one season. We switched over from another company and what a difference. Highly recommend SOS. Customer service is the best!
