Been a customer of this company for over 7 years and today was absolutely horrible. We Had the owner come out and “do” my lawn. Have him on camera only getting out of his service van and putting a bill on my front door while I wasn’t home and getting back into his truck and leaving. We then got a phone call after calling the office once we found out about what happen. The owner called me with his personal phone and screamed at me and my family saying that we are wrong and he did the job. Mind you I have cameras all around our house and none of them went off besides just the front door and garage camera. I do not recommend these people.

Our lawn has never looked so good! It is also important to us that the products used are the safest available for the environment. The managers are very knowledgeable and are a pleasure to contact.

Love Sutherlands! They rescued my lawn and brought it back to be lush, green and so healthy! So worth the money! They are professional, informative and affordable!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We are on a maintenance program with SOS and we are so pleased with the outcome! It is a very professional company and they are very knowledgeable. They share educational guidance to customers throughout the season for best lawn care practices. They are very timely with their scheduled services. We graded and hydroseeded our lawn with a different company and the seed mix was a poor quality that did not do well. We then worked with Sutherlands and a beautiful lawn has been restored. The seed mix they used to overseed did very well, and with their maintenance program a vibrant healthy lawn has been established. We feel their services are a great value and we are very happy customers!

I have been a customer for many years. No complaints. But today they came to spray my property for bugs. I have cameras all over my home. They showed up at 11:33 am., and left at 11:33 am. My cameras showed me that he drove down my driveway, got out with the bill in hand, walked up to my front door put bill on door, walked back to truck and left. He never gave us the service of spraying for bugs. I called the company, spoke to the wonderful lady in office (such a nice lady!) , told her what happened and she called the person who came out. Mind you, the spray has an odor of citronella that lasts for 24hours or so. NO SMELL OF IT ON MY PROPERTY!!! Well, come to Find no out, it was the owner of the company who came and didn’t spray! He called me and yelled at me saying I’m a liar and he will never step foot on my property again. Then hung up. I couldn’t even get one word in with him. I will never refer his company to anyone! Unprofessional and rude! Never again! If you are thinking of hiring this company, think again!

My property has been getting treated with a natural insect spray from Sutherlands Organic Solutions for several years now. Living near a marsh we used to get ticks and mosquitoes pretty badly every season. Their products are safe, natural and effective and we've never had to worry about our kids playing outside after a spraying. I've never had a bad experience speaking with their friendly and helpful office staff and when someone comes out to treat my lawn they are always always thorough and professional.

Excellent service, always prompt and there when they say they will be. Great advice provided on my lawn throughout the season. Thanks Sutherlands! Great working with you!

Nice people, they do what they say they are going to do and when they say they will do it. Very happy with their fertilizer service and improvement in my lawn over the last 7 months...BTW, no relation!

I used them just recently to reseed my lawn after some tree demolition and the results are amazing! I've continued to use them ever since (and for the past 6+ years) and the pictures speak for themselves.

My lawn was all brown and sparce before I hired SOS. After a full season of love and care by Danny Sutherland and his company my lawn looked better then ever! I wasnt embarrassed to have summer parties anymore! Very reasonably priced and very knowledgeable staff. 5 stars!

The lady is really nice in the office. The owner is abusive and I do not recommend. When I complained about the lack of grass seed when I paid a lot of money for seeding, I was and screamed at by him. I see that another reviewer had a similar experience with this jerk.

Best results in 25 years!!! We are so happy with Sutherland's ! The people are expert in lawncare, the products are safe/top notch, the prices are reasonable, the customer communication is excellent, and the tips are timely and helpful. I've struggled with and VETOED Scott's/truGreen (too many chemicals and inconsistent results) and another organic DIY spray subscription service ... Do yourself a favor and choose Sutherland's

We used SOS for our first full summer last year. They were very responsive, came out right away for an estimate and even applied the first treatment that day. We had a lot of broadleaf weeds that they were able to reduce dramatically. Our lawn looks healthy and green. There is no chemical smell or residue and kids play in the grass after a couple of hours. Highly recommend especially if you have children or pets!

While it is just a Home Depot, and going to one can be both good and bad, the benefits of this Home Depot are pretty good.

Everytime I've been there they have had stuff I needed. Whether it is a rental aerator or a lawnmower blade for my EGO 21inch, they have it. Lumber is located on the left entrance closest to the Stop and Shop, tools and hardware in the middle, and garden in the right.

It is most convenient because it is right next to a Stop and Shop, meaning I can get my grocery chores done in a quick amount of time instead of having to drive everywhere.

I started using Lawn Doctor the beginning season 2023. After trying several lawn companies without complete satisfaction we tried Lawn Doctor. What a difference in our lawn!!

Lawn Doctor does a great job making my lawn greener and my weeds disappear. Lawn applications are reasonably priced .I highly recommend them.

Called originally and was.told.that lawn doctor did not service my area which.is a small village.in tthe town of lincoln RI which.I was.told they DID service. Decided.to try doing the request.on line and was assured that my request was recei ed and I would get.a.call very soon. It's been 2 weeks, no call. BOO. Found a.place in mass. That arrived 2 days after my call. Yeah! Zero stars.

Have had 3 lawn services in the past 10 years switched to Lawn Doctor two years ago and now have the beutiful lawn that the other two promised but never delivered.
