Extremely rude to customers. Never call you back. Will give you attitude for asking simple questions. I asked when the next time our lawn would be serviced since the schedule got messed up due to rain and Greg yelled through the phone at me and told me to never call his phone again since I’m “not the boss” will never do business with them again and don’t recommend using their poor service.

Learn how to have a “discussion”. You serviced my building through a contract, and if I have a question about the cutting schedule, then it should of been answered respectfully and calmly. You yelled liked a maniac over your wife (who answered the phone not you cause you can’t be bothered to return clients calls). You clearly don’t know how to handle clients and it shows. Which is exactly why you have lost the contract with us. Funny how you claim to not know people when it’s bad reviews! Have a great day!

I heard about these guys from a friend of mine that they do good work at a fair price. I called them and made a appointment to get my grass cut and some hedge clean up. The guys showed up early, performed all work I asked them to, had me review all completed work to ensure I was happy. They did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone who has little time to cut your lawn but still want it to look good and at a fair price. Thank you again Legends!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with a lot of selection. All plants looked healthy and well taken care of.

Late Saturday afternoon was the perfect time for me to drop in, look around and buy a bag of expanded shale. They're nicely stocked for the coming growing season!

I have purchased 6 trees and they have all died, any other tree I have bought from Home Depot or another garden have been perfectly fine.

The selection of veggies are phenomenal and a good price. Shopping with them is well worth dealing with the traffic down Coulter Street. Leaps and bounds above anything you find at a big box store.

Growing trees in the TX Panhandle isn't the easiest! The staff at Coulter Gardens spent almost an hour with us asking where we lived and helping us decide what trees would work best for our particular location. Thank you!

There is a employee there that I have gotten attitudes several times from in the past several years I've been going here. Today, went to bring up the attitude of this employee. I was dismissed as if my opinion don't matter. Keep in mind, i don't come in often enough for there to be a reason to be treated like I did. So, in saying this. Go in, but what you want. If you need advice, I'd ask the experts of people's experiences in the area online. I have listened to their advice and was mislead. I had to do research and go thru several things that they "recommended". Look up some gardening and homesteading groups on facebook or elsewhere. Save you the constant trips and trial and effort to fix what you need addressed.

On our most recent visit they didn't have the gopher trap that I was looking for, but the salesperson was very friendly and helpful. During the Christmas season this place has a very good (if somewhat pricey)selection of lights, artificial trees, and Christmas decorations.

Went here looking for an evergreen for my front porch and employee gave me great info on how to sustainably plant it in my yard and how to care for it. I ended up with the Colorado blue spruce and couldn't be happier with it. He was also quite informative on which trees to plant in my yard based on my needs. Needless to say I WILL be coming back here to get my spring trees to plant.
