Jorge worked on my yard today and he did an outstanding job he worked until I was satisfied with the job. He made sure that I saw each part of the Lawn that needed work and that he had addressed the problem. I am very pleased with the amount of care he took to ensure that it was a job well done

The service was great. My lawn looks very nice.

True Green has provided excellent lawn/tree care throughout the last few years of service provided. The employees are resourceful and caring with our properties and they provide reliable services. They were instrumental in getting rid of weeds and the pesty dandelions and grubs. Would recommend to anyone needing these services.

Tim O was great!!! After he left I felt way better about my lawn concerns. He told me about cutting my lawn, weed whacking and watering. Things I did not know about !

Plus, he left his card to email him anytime with questions! Who does that???? He’s a diamond!! And I also appreciate that he told me things without talking down to me. He taught me like a teacher. Even offered to adjust my lawnmower to the right height!! So happy!!!

This is what you paying for from Trugreen service. Picture said it all and they don't even care to bother to test what cause it or look at the issue rather than keep putting the fertilizer. Now the issue is customer problem and all you get is some Grass seeds to do it yourself. It took them 5 Specialist to find out what the problem was.

I have been a customer for a long time but our lawn looks horrible. Customer Service does nothing! And when a lawn care provider does come out, they don't address the issues reported nor make contact as requested.
Time to find greener grass on the other side with a new lawn company.

TruGreen has improved the condition and appearance of our lawn areas. However, we still have some weeds after several lawn treatments.

Didn’t aerate my full yard. Did not overseed either of the times they came to do so. Tried scamming me by attempting to just show up for more services the following year without my knowledge or consent and trying to bill my card I had on file from the year prior.

I have one of the best looking lawns on my street! Adrian confirmed what treatment I requested prior to the application. I didnt want fertilizer because my lawn, due to TruGreen, is amazing looking and very thick so i just wanted weed control. He made sure to let me know that I shouldn't let my dog out for at least an hour...I thought that was something I would have overlooked if he didn't let me know. He did a great job. I am not a customer. Instead, I am a neighbor of one of their customers who has had a garden that includes fruit trees adjacent to a piece of shared property for many years. This area is set back and clearly marked for any workers that frequent the neighbors home to know where the boundary line sits.
The employees who initially sprayed my NEW neighbors property sprayed also my garden, along with other areas of my lawn. Killing pollinators and making me sick after eating my veggies from this yield. Not hearing back after calling and writing to express my concerns to tru green...know biz owners in local lawn care services who confirmed that they will not spray herbacides 3-4 feet within a garden and that their employees should be trained to avoid chemical overspray. Never head back. No call..nor email.
My neighbor did change his lawn treatment plan to avoid this area. Yet find tru green's lack of concern for those who have health issues and not subscribing to their services extremely unprofessional. As someone who worked hard through customer loyalty to build a local family business, any concern - customer or not - is always addressed. My goal with this review is to alert anyone who may find themselves in the same situ. My family has lived and cared for this land for over 50 years now as a natural habitat and have not experienced such bad service from a service that I did not request.

Jarvis is a very friendly guy and, as always, did a very thorough and complete job of treating our trees and shrubs. Big thumbs up!

Not worth it at all. 700 for the year. They come by and spray but it never seems any different. The spray leaves a mark on my driveway every single time. Not just a little bit but along the entire length of the lawn and where they drag the equipment over it. It stays for a long time as well.

Alex is excellent at customer service ...always asking each time if I have any Q's or concerns. Our grass looks great and weed free!

Mark R has been handling my lawn most of the summer (couple different people I. Between). He actually cares about his job and did a good job explaining to me what he was treating. It’s a plus when even he said the lawn looks better now than it did in the beginning of the summer. Thank you Mark!

Technician did a good job when he came to apply my fertilizer to help with the grass growing but I had asked him if he was the technician that was coming out to discuss about why my grass is browning out in different areas throughout my yard. Last year's grass all over was nice and green and thick. So, I need someone to come out to explain to me what can be done to get my grass looking nice and healthy again. In my neighborhood, there are some homes that have the same issues. So, wondering what type of bug or disease that's causing the grass to brown out. I asked the technician if he could share this information, but I did not see it on his report that he shared.

I'm a loyal customer fir 6 years in a row. Climate is very difficult in illlinois and TRUGREEN takes care of any lawn damage efficiently. There is no perfection in people's lawn but there is a perfect service from trugreen 🍀☘️🌿🍀☘️🌿 🏡 ☀️

Paying for service for a good 4 years now. Canceled last year due to price increases and this year they came out and sprayed when services weren't expected and a major price increase 1. It was early March and snowing and 2. When it was pouring rain on April 17 and rain lasted for hours.

The technicians have been very professional and helpful dealing with my questions and concerns. Our lawn looks great and we are happy with TRUGREEN. Alexis was very careful on not spraying my wife's plants.

That’s what i get after 5 years of service. Let the picture talk. I have irrigation system runs on the same schedule for the past 5 years. So don’t blame it on watering. More pictures available on different spots, but this is the front of my house.

Hit and Miss. I have used them since 2018 and cancelled once before. I'm about to cancel again. They are only as good as the lawn techs that do the job. Sometimes you get a good one, some times a loser. Last week I had a real loser. I remember when they used to apply by hand with a walk behind spreader. Today I had a guy who had a powered drive behind spreader. Never seen anything go that fast. Zero attention to detail. Spraying weeds at high speed resulted in spraying more shrubs than grass (with weed killer). I'm currently watching a bunch of perenials die as a result. Geraniums went right away, Sedum is dying back, all the false Sunflowers near the fence seem to have been targeted. I'm waiting to see the final tally on dead plants, but I know this is going to be expensive. A pretty angry customer at the moment who cannot by any stretch recommend them.
