Went in here to add some flowers, bushes and plants to my home. I had previously been to all garden centers in the area walking around without a clue on what to plant. We came here and were greeted right away by a woman named Rita. She not only answered all my questions on plants and trust me there were many! She also listened to what I would like and her knowledge led me to build a beautiful landscape. She knew about so many plants and I have made lots of mistakes in the past by purchasing the wrong types for shade or sun etc. With a very upbeat personality we ended up getting everything we needed and my yard looks stunning. I really had to compliment home depot because of her. She obviously loves her job and helping people. Thanks home depot, you have a wonderful employee and thank you so much Rita! I wish I could upload pictures of my yard!

This was my 1st year with Weedman, and they are fantastic!!! Everyone I spoke with has bent over backwards to make sure I am pleased with my lawn! Every gentlemen who came out to work on the lawn was very, very polite, spoke well of the company, answered my many questions, and were just a delight to interact with. Weedman has great follow through, checking back to make sure you are satisfied. My brother and neighbors use them also and they all love Weedman. I recommend them to everybody!

It’s been one year since having weed man take care of my lawn and I’m so glad I made that decision. Last fall they completed a lawn irrigation and what a difference it made this spring wow lawn looks great and absolutely no weeds. I used true green for one summer and never again my experience with them was awful so thank you weed man, I really appreciate your knowledge, detail to customer service and super friendly and professionalism

Revised review upward, read to the end to see why. I hired Weedman a few of years ago and after three seasons. They had a good first season and went down hill from there. After last season I told techs it was not as good as the first and I hoped it would get better. We'll this year was worse. They had great reviews online which is why I went with them. I gave them three years to make me happy, with many discussions with techs along the way; and I am disappointed again.
Update: I am moving my review up to a 3, because the owner Mike came to my door personally instead of calling. He took what I said to heart, as he came to see the grass in person, also to better understand my complaints. He listened carefully as I laid out my previous discussions with the techs and then he proposed a new plan to achieve my expectations.
As I myself deal with customers at work; I find that customers value honesty and attention to correcting issues. That is why I will give weedman one more season. I changed my review to 3 stars from 1 and hope in a year to change it again to 5. I erased the statements above, that I previously made, to drop Weedman. I hope that seems fair.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are amazing. We were about to give up and let the weeds win but they came in and got rid of all our weeds in 2 months. We are so grateful. They are professional and respond immediately. They are willing to take time to answer questions and they do amazing work. Most important, they absolutely stand behind their work. Our experience has been very positive and I strongly recommend this company.

James is such an amazing person! He is always on top of his clients needs and schedules unlike many other companies. He always answers his phone and always accommodates when needed. I have been satisfied with service, curteousy, and the fact they said my lawn would be eradicated of weeds. You know what, it has been. Good company to work with. Will offer other options in a professional, non-pushy, manner.

We have been using Weed Man Lawn Care for some years now. They have given us great service and if something pops up they are happy to come out and reapply to solve the problem.

We used to fertilize and apply weed control to our yard ourselves. But after the first application we’d always fall off schedule and fail to due the summer, fall and winter prep applications.
We started using Weed Man last year and our lawn has never looked better. They even resolved our creeping Charlie issue, which is very invasive. They have great communication, always letting us know the day before they come and are really helpful. When I talk to them, I feel like they really value our business. We have them do 6 applications a year. I highly recommend this company. 😊

Very professional & provided guidance for flower bed weed control

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I spoke with Nate Zinzer and he was able to answer all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to my request. He worked with me on the quote for grub control and provided a fair pricing for my annual application. My conversation was probably 5 mins (unlike my 45 min call with TruGreen).

We’ve used Weed Man for years and they’ve always done a great job. Very professional and responsive whenever we’ve had questions regarding our lawn. I would recommend giving them a shot if you’re looking to change or start up with a new lawn service.

My lawn has never been the best looking lawn but since I’ve had Weed Man this is the best it has ever looked. Greens up faster and great weed control. Plus they make sure to close the gates. Very important especially since my dog has now gone blind!!

Application worker was very nice and gentle in conversation and explained the process.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is our second summer using Weedman for lawn service. Everything was great, until my husband tried to use some of their additional service to get rid of the weeds on our outer areas.

Weed Man killed an entire bed of my Vinca Vines. They are perennials and so they have been at my house for over 10 years, filling a beautiful bed with foliage and purple flowers. Everyone makes mistakes so I reached out to the company to see how they were going to make it right. It is now a month and a half later and I have been continually passed around from person to person. The worst part is that they are very responsive and pretend like they care and then nothing is done about the problem. We have made over five phone calls and had multiple people out at the house. We even sent them a quote and to no avail.

I would almost rather they don't respond instead of pretending that they're going to do something over and over and then ignoring us. Very dishonest and disappointing. I have made multiple referrals to neighbors but now have to share my negative experience.

Jacob from Weedman can to apply a mosquito application today. We had some concerns that we addressed with him, completely unrelated to why he was there. He was awesome! Took the time to listen to us and acknowledge our issues. He is a great asset to your company and hope he is our guy moving forward. Give this guy a raise!

Our yard was in terrible shape when we moved in but has completely turned around after trusting Weed Man for the past two years, and they have great customer service.

Worked with Weed Man before and was satisfied. Mike Do was great to work with to secure pricing for this year. He was very competitive compared to other lawn care companies.

Our yard has never looked better! No weeds, no pests, and no dead spots! We've been using them for three years and would never go anywhere else. And their team is so nice! They always come.to the door to explain what they are doing and see if we have any questions. This last time the tech even brought my garbage cans up as he walked to the house! They are such a great company.
