I had a great experience with a truegreen employee by the name of Anderew S. Went above and beyond to make sure my previous serveses where done correctly. Other are completely lazy compared to this man. Hope yall get him one day. Other workers sent where trash compared to him. Great job man.

I would recommend the TruGreen to anybody that wants to treat their lawn and get good service , they have good customer service responds to your questions and concerns.

I am not a customer of TruGreen, but my neighbor across the street is. They treated our grass instead of our neighbors grass. And they did it the day right after it was treated by the company we do actually use. Now our grass is turning yellow after is was very green and healthy. We have called customer service a few times now and they are the most incompetent crew I’ve ever spoken too. They will not put a manager on the phone. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Used services last year, it did nothing for my yard. I never renewed the service and someone shows up at my house the other day to do a treatment. Now they're trying to charge me $80 for a visit i never asked for. They try to say it's an auto renewal that's in my contract I signed yet i never signed a contract it was all handled over the phone. Now I see why people warn others to stay away from trugreen. Congratulations you got me for $82.

TruGreen is a good price for the annual package , my lawn has improved so much with just 2 treatments. The techs have communicated well. I am impressed!

Phil is a great guy. He explained everything and gave me a lot of valuable information.

Customer Service and policy… so I
cancelled service last October before they ever did the winter prep. This March someone did a treatment. So I called to let them know I canceled the service. I was told that the accounts just renews the next year. That is the worst thing I’ve heard. So basically my time means nothing to them. Also no one said oh by the way you need to cancel every year. I explained it was something that I can’t afford. Then I get a phone call saying I owe money for a treatment that I didn’t approve or agree to!!! This is terrible business.

First lawn service today! Easy to track when service will start. Specialist was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and gave great explanations for service and specifics needs for my lawn. So far so good! Hopefully many years of great service for my lawn!!

Donald does and awesome job! He takes the time to discuss what he’s doing and why. He knocked on my door to let me know when he arrived, and took the time to come to the door and go over what he did, and go over my concerns with my yard! That’s what I call great customer service!

your representative Andrew did the most thorough job I have ever seen from any lawn care service. he was professional, extremely thorough in his application and polite. If you are doing additional training in these areas, it sure is working with him. Thank you, Trugreen and Andrew!

Show up on day of appointment. I wasn't home cause I work, but service tech guy rung doorbell and no answer did his job and left invoice on door, job well done. I won't know the actually results for my grass until warmer weather, so we shall see.

I've been using true green for my lawn for 3 yrs . I'm very happy with the service. My lawn has come a long way . Highly recommend.

Today Demetrius from TruGreen came to provide lawn care service. I happened to be sitting outside when he arrived. He was very friendly and told me the specifics of what he was doing today. He saw that me neighbor had crab grass so he make a special effort to spray along the border of our two houses so that the crab grass would not spread into my yard.

Today was the best service I received from TruGreen.

Don is the kindest worker and is the reason we came back to TruGreen instead of Spring Green this year. He could teach the class on great customer service. Give him a raise. :)

It amazes me that a company such as True Green really cares about their services. Without me calling, I had a representative come over the house and inspect the work that they did a few weeks prior. They weren’t happy with the results and they sent someone to reapply the weed control again. I’m very pleased with their services.

August 25th Monday , Donald Ujek came to service lawn in Minooka. Tru Green located out Plainfield Illinois. He was extremely profession and very nice. he explained what services were being done. Such a good employee and your company lucky and fortunate to have such a profession person working for them.

TrueGreen is a great company with quality work. I’ve been with TruGreen off and on for 3-4 years now and I appreciate their services. Their lawn treatment keeps my grass full with a beautiful color and the weeds under control. Thank you true green.

Lawerence always takes time to talk to me about insect control and fertilizer, especially those used to keep my arborvitae healthy! His concern about keeping all the animals safe is very kind. I wish my neighbors would hire Tru green!
