After an extensive search & meeting with multiple local landscapers, my husband & I came across Jerry Kempenski Landscapes. We decided to move forward with him due to solid communication, availability, reasonable pricing & his experience. Not only did he have a strong reference list, he also listened to the important needs & wants that we had carefully curated for our property.
This was a pretty large investment for us, and one that I personally put a lot of thought into the design so the details were very important to me. Jerry was able to not only meet my vision, but he also enhanced it! He hangs his hat on stone work, and rightfully so--our dry creek, boulder moss rocks, wheel accent & rock path through the front bed make me so happy. Jerry’s communication & thoughtfulness to solve any hiccups that arose during the project are what made us feel at ease throughout the entire process, and his expertise will speak for itself.
Bottom line, I would recommend Jerry & his crew to friends & neighbors.

**Update**
We had Jerry and his crew come back to add more to our "Hill Country Look" landscaping. It came out perfect. Jerry has a good eye for creativity to tie in what he did previously. Our new neighbor was so impressed that she is now using Jerry to update her landscaping and weekly lawn maintenance.

We had a new circular driveway put in and needed landscaping to complete the project. Jerry Kempenski and his team knocked it out of the park with a very original design, beyond our expectations. His creative ideas were presented to us and we knew it was going to turn out great…and it did!

I have been using Jerry’s lawn and garden services for a couple of years and they always do an excellent job. I just used his crew to widen my concrete driveway and replace some cracked slabs. They did a great job. The builder had not used rebar, but Jerry’s crew tied all of the new slabs together with rebar.

Usually has decent stock at fair prices. It’s an ever increasing experience though that I will be approached by a high pressure salesperson to answer questions and harass me for my phone number. I absolutely hate that and I actually avoid this store because of it. Leave me alone, stop wasting my time and let me spend my money please.

The Christmas tree service was sooo baaaddd and sloooow and ruuude and illogical

Did not carry simple garden lime. Associates were no help.

Had what needed, staff helpful without being pushy, helped checking out, even using self checkout. Everything was easy to find. Have used this location before and will use in the future.

Good variety. Decent pricing. Can find lower costs at gardening centers, but HD does have good sales if you can catch them. Overall, recommend.

Compared to the big national company we used for lawn treatment in the past, Lawn Doctor has been a great service provider. Bonnie Simpson came by to perform the services today, she was extremely helpful in answering questions and ensuring we received the proper treatments.

Our tech Rocky was very professional and thorough. We just started using Lawn Doctor a few months ago and Rocky seemed to truly cares about the health of our lawn. He communicated when he’d be there, what he did, what we should do anfter treatment and let me know what he found during the service.
After hearing nightmares about other lawn care services from neighbors, I feel comfortable with my choice of Lawn Doctor for our yard.

Lawn Doctor saved my lawn! My grass was in terrible condition with several issues including root rot. I’m very pleased with this service. It took some time for the lawn to completely recover but with the monthly treatments from Lawn Doctor now it looks great. Brandon the technician is always courteous and professional.

Rocky from Lawn Doctor just finished another application on our lawn at our home in WoodForest. I talked to Rocky after he had finished & thanked him for consistently doing such a great job. I also told him that our lawn is the best it ever has been. Almost all bare spots are now completely covered with a healthy, vibrant lawn. I want to also commend Crashaun, Marco, Abby & Jeffrey, Lawn Doctor technicians who have previously done applications this year. I highly recommend Rocky & the other technicians for Lawn Doctor for your lawn maintenance. They are thoughtful professionals who do a wonderful job making your lawn the best that it can be!

Steve Delgado is awesome at what he does. He comes across very genuine and is very knowledgeable about everything green! I'm not going to lie, after experiences with other yard services, I wasn't very excited about my first visit, but my appointment with Steve was so refreshing I actually had a good time talking with him and learning more about taking care of my lawn. If you are able to request him, you should!

I had a great experience with Lawn Doctor. Steve Delgado was the technician that came out and serviced my lawn and he was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We discussed a treatment plan for my lawn and and he treated it accordingly. This was my first visit from Lawn Doctor and I’m looking forward to seeing the progress my lawn makes.
