Jeff is very knowledgeable and explained how he would be taking care of a problem that has occurred with our lawn.
Greengate has been taking care of our lawn for a number of years. We have been pleased with their service and when a problem arises they take care of it.

Omar did a great job getting my sprinkler system back up and running to full capacity. It'll save me money on my bill now as well as have my yard looking pristine. He was very polite and notified me of everything he had planned to do. He was also very fast.

They did an excellent job as usual! They went above and beyond to make sure that my yard looks great!

I’ve used Green Gate for a few years, and I have nothing but good things to say. Love the lawn crew, and Lennon does a fabulous job with the treatments, even coming back if I have an issue pop up before my next scheduled appointment. The yard always looks great!

I love working with GreenGate Turf & Pest. They are efficient, polite, and a full one stop shop. I have been with GreenGate for many years now and I can't imagine going to anyone else with my outside needs. I would highly recommend using them. They even install Christmas lights!

The crew responsible for my sprinkler system were outstanding Omar is the manager and Jesus super efficient.
My every week lawnmower crew very good as well, so far very please.

Omar came to do a sprinkler system diagnosis for my house and did an awesome job of explaining everything he was seeing with my sprinkler system, and the impact its having on my grass. He made the whole process very easy to understand!! Thank you Omar!!

Carlos and Angel make my yard and flower beds look great! They are here like clockwork every Friday. Very nice and professional. I would recommend Green Gate to anyone. They are very professional and always quick to respond. Not to mention that their prices are quite reasonable.

The GreenGate crew was very friendly, quick, and asked questions before proceeding with certain tasks, which I appreciate. Omar, in particular, is very friendly and takes time to ensure I understand everything before leaving.

Juan and Carlos have done an amazing job on my lawn since day one!! I couldn't be more pleased, thank you for keeping my lawn looking great!!

They did a great job on the front BUT in successive treatments the guy simply went to the side of the back yard and took a photo. He did not treat the back despite what they say. Camera in the back does no lie, not to mention the fact that we were there the lady time and again, never did a thing. Tried to tell them and they just defended their employee despite the fact that the camera never lies. They repeatedly stated he did treat it. However, if he did please see the photo of what they produced for my back yard. Yard was doing well up until the last 3 treatments (or no treatments). I would not recommend these guys at all.

James came by to fertilize our lawn. As always, he was very polite and professional. I appreciated he took the time to talk to me about a few problem spots and provide a recommendation.

One mowing and one lawn treatment cost me nearly $500.00 due to the two plans I signed up for and their $99.00 cancellation fee per plan.

Sorry to state my opinion has changed a great deal recently. Before -Great tender love and care from an outstanding service tech John Lennon. He took the time to explain what he was applying, how it will help the lawn and what to expect. He’s the guy who shows me he cares about my lawn. I’ve had other services here in Texas and other areas around the USA. John ranks (as GreenGate does) at the top of my pick and trust them completely. They’ve prove to me they are honest and trustworthy business. Whenever I had an issue the office and techs took care of it. The bottom line is my lawn looks pretty good even in 100+ plus weather thanks to John L. and GG. I’ve even used GG for an irrigation project which I will review in 30 days.
Still using GreenGate 10/2023 services. A major reason is their technician John Lennon that explains what he is doing and how to correct issues I may have like fungus. He recommends water frequency and times. This is sometimes not offered by other services I have had. If you use GreenGate ask for John Lennon to service your yard, you won’t be disappointed, not all techs are equal. He does help keep my lawn in top shape!!!

Now 10/11/2024 Since this review things have changed and John Lennon no longer services my yard. I paid this company appropriately $2,100 a year using most of their lawn service. For that amount of money I expect to be advised when I have an issue but was not. After they serviced my lawn 3 weeks ago brown patches arose and I was told it was from a spot application of a herbicide but the patches grew and the lawn appeared distressed. I take pride in my lawns. That didn’t make sense to me. So, I sought out another opinion and found out it was Chinch bugs (I was shown the bugs and the grasses they were is dead) and now my lawn is more brown than green because a precaution wasn’t made and I wasn’t give accurate information. They come make the application and have no interaction. They send a text but never told of any issues that were occurring for a year (ever since they changed my tech, John L.). This is not the first time I have this type of issue with GG. I have now terminated their service and have hired a trusted lawn care service. The images supplied is the beginning, it has spread tremendously since these images. Now it will cost me much more to repair and wasted time. I once had the best lawn in 250 house community now it’s one of poorest. Not a happy camper!!
