I am a swimming pool contractor, hiring Silversand Services. Richard came out today and did some great work for us. There were problems that were caused by others. But he worked diligently to resolve. We are still working through the process. But he is very knowledgeable and experienced. I hope this service and quality continue. I am looking at reusing this company for all my quality projects. 10-stars Richard. All the staff has been very cooperative. Am waiting for Murphy's Law to prevail. But hope not! Diligent work, Richard, a great asset to the company! Ryan is also excellent and organized everything well.

After multiple attempts to reach out to Silverand Services over the span of several months, I find it necessary to share my experience in this review. My initial contact was made on June 1st, during which I observed a landscape worker engaging in careless weed whacking next to my vehicle while stopped at a red light. This unfortunately resulted in a significant rock being propelled into my windshield, causing noticeable damage.

Following numerous conversations with different individuals, I was eventually able to connect with Jose, who appeared more receptive to assisting me. However, when I provided them with the invoice from the dealership, Jose suggested I approach a different service provider of his preference. While I was open to exploring their offerings, I expressed my preference for returning to my dealership. This is because they possess the expertise required to recalibrate the car due to the integrated sensors, cameras, and the windshield. Additionally, I would receive a complimentary loaner car during the repair process. It's worth noting that I also have 3m crystalline clear tint on my windshield, although that is a secondary concern given the current situation.

Despite these discussions, subsequent attempts to reach out have gone unanswered. It's not my inclination to hastily compose negative reviews, but I've found myself compelled to do so due to the ongoing issue. Regrettably, I've been driving with a sizable crack that has now expanded significantly, rendering any hope of salvage impossible.

Had the employees been appropriately trained and adhered to a weed whacking etiquette, this unfortunate incident could have been avoided. Having navigated this city's roads for the past 35 years, I've consistently witnessed landscapers lifting their weed whackers as a courteous gesture when vehicles approach, rather than continuing their activity in such close proximity.

Jose, should you wish to rectify this situation, my contact information remains readily available. I hope for a resolution that upholds a sense of integrity and accountability. Best regards.

Two things special about Cornelius in Katy.

Products and Plants: Great selection everything that you need, including expanded shale which is a must for clay based soils like we have in the Houston/Katy area. Plant selection is very good, everything well maintained!

People that work there: One time I had a question about a plants location. Everyone was busy with other customers so I asked a gentleman who was on a 10’ ladder where I might find it. Before I could say anything else he came down and spent several minutes not only to find it, but also help me select the one I wanted. After getting down from the ladder his first comment was, customers come first at Cornelius.

While it's a pricey nursery, the quality of the plants is worth it.

They have the plants. Good ones too. But they're pricey

The ladies at this Cornelius location were very attentive and patient with us. We bought new plants and had them repotted at this location. After less than a year, those plants have died. We brought the plants back with the receipt and they replaced All lll them right away minimal questions. One of the ladies recognized is and that’s all they needed for confirmation. Thank you so much!

Nicolas Montoya is always very helpful. Today, he helped me and my husband find the items we were looking for. He is very knowledgeable and kind. We value his advice.

Updating review to three stars since the employees seem to have no knowledge of flowers. They couldn't tell me the name of a plant that was not identified and couldn't tell me if they had a specific plant. It seems that the employees in the cash registers do not know much about plants. The prices are also very high. At Lowe's, I bought 12 zinnias for 12 dollars and Cornelius have 6 Zinnias for 12 dollars. Definitely a different experience than last time I went.

I also want to recognize the wonderful work that Nicolas did supporting us to search for the plant that we wanted. His professionalism and his special way of being impress us. It is a pleasure to meet worker like him.

They have such nice plants and I can't wait to go back for more. My favorite thing was the exceptional customer service. The staff were so helpful and I talked to many during my visit because they were all helping. We couldn't find a specific plant I was looking for and they kept looking even after I had given up. They found it and came and got me. This place has the best employees I have had the pleasure to deal with in any industry for years. They must be doing something right there to have such great people working there.
