Overwatered succulents. Seems like succulents are a big inventory item this year. Not all plants are to be drowned in water. Otherwise they have a decent selection of flowers and accessories.

Normally I have no issues shopping here, but last week one of the customer service employees in gardening was snotty and not helpful. But hey, if that's the way customer service is going to be, then I can take my business elsewhere.

Also, veggie plants (not flowers) are across the gardening center in the parking lot. Makes no sense to have product across from the store with no employees nearby. In most other stores, veggies are just outside of the gardening center, which makes shopping easier. So, if you buy other items in store and want to do plant shopping at the end of your trip, you're either going to have to pay for your items in the cart, unload and make a second trip, or you have to walk back and forth across the parking lot to load your cart on store premises. Inconvenient and dumb all around.

Here at 9am Nov 17, 2022. No hand sanitizer or cart wipes in sight at the front.
What year is it? You had two people standing around at the front but not one of them can be tasked to fix the hand sanitizer?

No stand or station for alcohol sanitizer. Joke.

We sat down at a table and no one ever gave us menus. Smells like fertilizer. The box store motif left things to be desired .

Is Not good services supposed to delivery they never showed up

The garden floor clerk's acted as if I wasn't in their present, didn't help me or speak when spoken too. But helped a Caucasian male and held a conversation with him while he was checking out and after his checkout. I was in line behind him and it was like I was a ghost when I spoke. But when It came to pay she said stern it's only credit card you have credit card. I replied yes and she said oh. Well it's self check out but I'm a help you ring it up. She just stereotype me and made racist gestures throughout my visit. And the other lady turned her back to me and spoke to the Caucasian male in a third party form to let us know that the door was locked n you have to go out the front door. If I wouldn't of over heard her I would not of known. So she walked him to the front door so they knew he already purchased cause he asked her too but seen me following so stopped and let me go ahead of them. I just shook my head and told the gentleman have a blessed day. And just looked at the floor clerk's as if they were ghost! People like that need to just be prayed for. That's why I do my shopping in KY cause Ohio still have ignorant and hateful people in our communities
