So many helpful people at Earl May!
They have assisted in almost every gardening issue and beautification ideas we have had.
From home to our business, Earl May is our go to garden center! -
Upper level knowledgeable staff on the things that matter, early fertilizer, kill grubs before they grow, soil test and how to amend the situation.
They do not only cover the high point, you get the detailed answers.
100 Wedgewood Drive is the place to go for your gardening and landscaping needs. -
Very kind and helped me get the best choice for my needs. I am definitely coming back. Thank you for being so helpful
-
Told me to shop at there competitor, they don’t sell or have plant photos nor recommendations ?????
-
Tried to get assistance and told by associates they would return. Over half hour and ignored. Better service at 48th Street store by far

Great stuff. Solid selection of all sorts of things. The help is very knowledgeable. The prices are, however, a bit high across the board.
-
Great store. Knowledgeable and friendly employees. Great variety of plants, bird feeders, bird baths, soul, fertilizers, bug control sprays, garden decor, wax melts, some purses, funny pint glasses, gloves, pots etc.

Lizzy went above and beyond! Thank you!

Earl May on Wedgewood Drive is the best . Large selection of garden vegetables and houseplants. The big reason I frequent this store is Nancy ! She is so knowledgable and friendly. She is an asset to the business !

Lots of plants and garden related stuff. They helped me find fertilizer for black berries. They didn't have any stag horn sumac. I looked at their tree prices. It was more than I wanted to pay.

Very disappointed in your customer service. Manager “Jesse” was very condescending and basically told me he didn’t need my business. I was trying to place an order for about 300 plants for our local business. I ever can’t imagine doing business like this. It must be nice to have so much business that you treat customers like this!

The young man went out of his way to help me and give me some great tips! He really knew what he was talking about and it made me feel great about the two houseplants I purchased. Very friendly staff.

I really wanted gift cards for the moms of my grandkids for mothers day. In the days of the virus I'm sad that you made this difficult. When I asked about it I was told to come on in and get one. But I don't live there. Then go online and get one. Gee, thanks for the personalized help. The little mom and pop garden shops where my other kids live just took my card number and said to have the moms come on in and give their name. I really think bigger isn't better. Earl May, please be nicer.

I bought new seeds, and plants for my garden. Staff was very helpful to assist with what I needed.
I have shopped at other garden shops I have been disappointed.
I have now made
Earl May Garden as my go to garden store. -
Waited the last minute to get a Christmas tree and found a nice tree here. Love it, it was perfect.

They have a good selection but were missing some of the basics I was looking for. And they had a large section of plants that were apparently already sold but that fact wasn't marked with any signs, so I had to put a bunch back. How would they expect people to know?

Pricey, and when I asked for assistance I waited over 5 minutes. Another customer in a different part of the store asked for assistance and was helped first. As I waited an additional 10 minutes, I watched 3 young male staff in back while were working yet had friends come visit and completely ignore me. As I was preparing to leave, a nice gentleman noticed my frustration and assisted me. Customer service is not a top priority.

All the staff is super helpful and so sweet. Good customer service is hard to find now days. The people who closed today (10/22/22), were helpful and answered all the questions we had. Even though we came in close to the time they were closing, they didn’t not rush us at all.
