Lincoln is a great guy who does an excellent job on everything I ask of him. My lawn has never looked better. He’s done everything from lawn mowing to planting flowers, spreading pine straw to cutting back overgrown brush. He is very reliable, kind and most of all, makes me proud when I see my lawn after he pays me a visit. I found a great one!

I am not great at lawn care but I am a great critic. After struggling with my lawn for years I decided to give Elite lawncare a try. The lawn had a number of challenges including, roots, shade, poor soil, weeds and furry little critters (moles). I was never exactly sure what to do. Lincoln and his team took out all the guess work for about the same cost of me trying to do it myself. It has been about one year since I had Lincoln and his crew take over and the lawn has never looked better. They have done a terrific job and the staff is always friendly and courteous

I contacted Lincoln for my yard and we communicated through text and phone calls. He was very attentive and had a very quick response time. When he got the job done the work was amazing. He did a superb job and we will be calling him again because it was beautiful! Great job and thanks again Lincoln!

Elite Lawn Care Property Maintenance is the finest service we have had. He is totally professional yet very polite and friendly. After he leaves, our lawn and bushes are so neat that the whole outside seems to shine. Although we did none of the work, we take great pride in the way Elite Lawn Care leaves our yard
looking. The price is reasonable and after cutting and trimming, all is completely cleaned up. We can’t recommend highly enough. You won’t go wrong.

Lincoln is punctual, reliable, very organized, professional, & detail oriented. Attentive to his customer's needs & provides superior service. I struggled to find a new landscaper after losing my previous long time landscaper unexpectedly. They do not bother to answer or return calls or inquiries on their website. Business must be good!

I had no problem scheduling this a Marvin R showed up early and sprayed as he was supposed to do and told me what he was going to put down etc.

My experience with TruGreen Lawn Care has been amazing. I had some questions and they answered all of them and set up a plan with my specific needs.

My yard is looking the best since I use Trugreen now.

The steak was extremely tough and New York steak was horrible. I will never order or visit there again. I've been coming there for years and enjoyed it. Tough to cut or eat.

Very disappointed. Every time I have a scheduled appointment, I seem to wait and they never show up. Then I get a text saying service was unable to be performed. This service was expensive & I paid a full year upfront. So sad. I will never recommend them again.

I would not use this company if they were the last lawn care service on earth. I tried to get an online estimate and to do that you have to put in your phone number. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers so withinn 5 minutes of leaving their websites the calls started. I literally received 15 calls within 2 hours so I finally checked the number only to find out it was TruGreen. The next time they called I answered and advised the person to please remove my number from their call list . He said he could submit the removal but it would take 30 days. I responded and said "it only took 5 minutes for your calls to begin after I gave you my number but it takes 30 days to remove that number?
I told him they can keep calling but I would never do business with a company that uses this type of procedure for contacting potential customers.

What a rip off. I have a 3 acre property. The guy was on my property for 18 minutes, 6 of which he had the sprayer in his had. Report said he put down 150 oz of various pesticides. LOL - impossible in 6 minutes. I fired them today

So I had to give a star just to post, but I don't mean it!

I have NEVER contracted for TruGreen services. Last week I glanced out the window and a TruGreen guy was spraying the yard. When I stopped him, he wanted to argue with me about the address. (As if I don't know where I live.) I have a dog and would never expose her to those chemicals.

The same thing happened a year ago (different guy, same company). That time I called and eventually spoke with a manager, who apologized and made the employee come back to apologize for being at the wrong address.

This year, nothing. It takes forever to reach a live person on their phone system. I did speak with a representative who said someone would call me back "eventually." So far, I haven't heard a thing from them.

It makes me wonder if their employees even know or care what they're spraying if they don't even know where they are!

Terrible business!!

Tru-green has been very responsive and helpful since I began my service. I am looking forward to the my service experience and seeing the outcomes. Will post follow-ups as I see the changes.

I talked to somebody about 6 months ago about brown spots in my yard well I still have them and I cannot get to talk to nobody . If somebody reads this it would be nice if you could call me So I have started spraying it myself. I really hate to keep going through this with you all

The young man that performed my service was very nice. I had an issue with some weeds that was not properly addressed. I probably will not continue with TruGreen

If i could give 0 stars i would. They started treating my st augustine grass over 6 months back. The problem is.....i have centipede. They also scheduled an aeration without my consent and im glad i caught it because that was a 200 dollar service i would have been charged and i didnt authorize. Thank god i was home. Also i keep getting calls scheduling service for bugs that i have in my yard from my trees and shrubs. Problem is.....i have no trees or shrubs in my yard or anywhere within 100 yards of it.( another charge i avoided 3 times) lastly i have wanted a manager to come to my house since there are queations i have and would rather ask them on site rather than them sitting behind a desk...for months i have been told he will be out but he had mever came. But they are quick to get here to do their service but not so much if you have concerns. Im done with this company and would jot recommend them to anyone. I followed instructions to the T per their request and it seems my yard has gotten worse since i started with their company!
