We have never had a bad experience with Massey! We recently had a scare with a possible termite situation, luckily we are good, and Scott M. was our inspector. He is beyond professional and personable and explained everything. I didn’t feel pressured through scare tactics like some people use. We got the termite bond to protect our house through Scott and would highly recommend his and Masseys services.

First I met Hector at a friends house while he was treating her grass. I was impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge and asked about Massey service’s where I lived.Hector had a representative come by my home to explain their service. Hector just completed my first service and I am very pleased. Looking forward to future results with Massey and Hector.

Simply amazing, professional, responsible, on time, and on top of every single detail. Extremely satisfied. Joshua should be a private investigator because my irrigation system was a very complicated and mysterious design, and he was able to figure it out. I will recommend him 150% . It was a pleasure to work with him. He was so kind to explain everything to me every time I came out with a question or concern.

Like to give a shout out to Scott M. at Massey Services! He was very professional, friendly, and thorough in explaining the process. I’ve had a great experience and highly recommend them.

We hired this company after an exceptional meeting with the salesman for lawn fertilization with weed and pest control. The first application went well, however, after subsequent applications the technician failed to notify us when service was performed. We didn’t know service was performed until we got a bill. We had to call to find out what types of treatment we received. We asked to speak with a manager and one came out. I explained that we expected to be told when treatments were provided and that we had not received the lawn aeration that was part of the service. He said he would make sure we were notified when our lawn was treated and get the aeration scheduled. After a month, this wasn’t done so we complained to the customer service department. They said a member of local management would contact us but they never did. We decided to cancel the service and when we called they said a member of local management would contact us and that they would credit us for our last bill, neither of which happened.

In short, nothing they told us they would do was done, yet they continue to send us a bill for payment on the amount they said they would credit to our account. I would certainly NOT recommend Massey’s lawn service.

We already provided our information to customer service and no one contacted us. The response below is just a canned response that was not followed up on.

Alonzo checked our house and property today. He was very professional and did a thorough inspection. I could tell that he is dedicated to his job and would recommend him to friends and family.

This is the state my lawn has been left in by Massey. After repeated request for service and lawn repair - no one would come to the property or even return phone calls. I was a monthly lawn care customer who paid $125 a month for service which was supposed to cover turf replacement for insect damage. These pictures were taken the day I cancelled my account. After escalating this to the “GM” who still has not contacted me more than three weeks after cancelling. Account # 8319299

Did an excellent job with my yard. Will continue bi-weekly service. Affordable and great customer service.

Jason does a great job on our lawn. He always makes sure you are happy with the work he does. Also, Jason has done some landscaping work for us with professional and attractive results. His prices are fair and lower than most in the area. He always organizes his schedule to fit yours. We are glad to have Jason as our lawn care expert.

I've been using Coste Lawn Care since 2019 for my duplex. Jason is very responsive and flexible, and his team does great work at a low price. Highly reccomend.

Jason has been great to work with. He maintains our lawn mostly. But when the storms came and knocked down a few trees, he had the equipment and tools to saw everything up and haul it away for us.
