Lowe's garden center was awesome. Purchased three open bags of mulch at a good price.

Is unclear how much of the checkout line that stretches to the back of the garden center is due to employee incompetence vs how much is due to the crazy kooks that come in here trying to barter.

I imagine there's improvements to be made on both sides of the aisle.

At any rate this is now a multi-day occurrence.

I was looking for a two wheel garden. I asked two associates and both were pretty much useless. Rather than attempt to assist me, one just blew me off, the other tried except for my insistence. Another was asked and she actually provided what the first two SHOULD HAVE. It's sad when people are paid to do a job and simply refuse to step up. Today was a sad day for customer service st Lowes.

Check out was fast and they had what we were looking for at a great price. We bought mulch at 4 bags for $10 dollars.

Went there 4 days ago and came back today for plant advice. Mercy, one of the employees helped me out and Brooke helped bring stuff to my car. They have beautiful yard deco such as bird baths and fountains. David on the retail side is very knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of benches and metal decorations to choose from. They also have great prices on animal and bird seed. Anything for your yard or garden.

I'd never shopped here myself, which is surprising since I've lived here my whole life. I called to ask about Dixie Lee peas and the gentleman who answered was very sweet. The lovely man who helped me today made me so happy I shopped here and I will definitely be back. This is the perfect example of how great customer service and kindness results in repeat customers. Thank y'all!

This is the place to go for garden and plant needs. It is just a site to go in and see all the seeds they have at the seed counter. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. My wife was looking for a blue windmill wind ornament. They only had the orange one on display. They went into the warehouse and built her the blue one immediately. They easily could have said to come back. Excellent small business.

I got my Christmas tree today from you guys and I love it. Very nice people and amazing service.

I love coming here for my gardening needs. I will support a family owned business before any corporate business and so it doesn't matter if I pay a smidgen more. However, they gardening supplies are fairly priced, and I love the outdoor decor center they have as well. The one thing I appreciate most is the family atmosphere and the very attentive customer service. It is quite literally one of my happy places.

This place has everything!! A ton of yard supplies and decorations. I truly enjoyed looking at everything available and I certainly will return. It is a little bit out of my price range,but it is what it is. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have been a customer of Bell's for years. They have never disappointed till today. If you ever want to be embarrassed this is definitely the place to go to. I returned two over priced pots because after I purchased them, I decided that I did not like them. Unfortunately I did not have my receipt and this is when the insults began. First I was told that the price that were on the pot were wrong that they did not cost 139.00 dollars. Well that was what I paid there, so either I got robbed when I paid for them or the guy did not know his own prices. After he confirmed with other employees the price was correct. Then he proceeded to check the security cameras to confirm that they came out of my car! What that proof I have no idea other than him insinuating that I stole them? Very insinuating ! Especially when his employee was the one that removed them from my car. So again if you ever want to be humiliated, insulted and embarrassed in a store full of customers, then go to Bell's and attempt to do a return without a receipt! After the insult he was nice enough to issue a store credit...so thank you so much for that !

Bells is the local Nursery you didn't know that you needed in your life. They have supplies of not just flowers and trees, but also vegetables and fruits. Honestly, they have everything you need for your yard. They carry sod, yard decor, fertilizer and bulk products. The staff are always kind and helpful and it's a very easy process. Even if you don't go to buy something, it's an experience. One I can't relate to being I've attempted many times, haha, but it is worth the check out whether you're buying or not.

I gave 2 stars because in the past I have never had a problem with Bell's Seed Store. But this last experience was definitely poor. I purchased an adult stand/swing set and it was suppose to be delivered the following week. I received a call confirming the color the next day and I let them know it would probably be a tight fit through my gate. I was assure that would not be an issue and they would call me on Monday with definite delivery day. When I did not hear anything Monday and most of Tuesday I called and no one answered the phone and their message stated, do not leave message, try again or come to store. After several unsuccessful tries on the phone, I went to store to check on my delivery date. At the store, I was told it would be an additional $150.00 delivery fee and it would not be delivered until the next week. I was shocked that I now needed to pay another $150.00. The receipt when I paid for the set did not have anything on it about a delivery fee. One of the employees came up to me and expressed on how heavy it would be and they would need to lift it and how many people it would take. At that point I just cancelled the order for a refund. I had been so excited when I ordered the swing set and made a space under trees for the set. I don't know how it was not known that I needed to pay a $150 delivery fee at the point of order. Also, the fact that I had to drive the 25 minutes to find that out. That is just poor customer service and very disappointing.

They were super busy! But, in their busy-ness, the customer service was so good! All the employees were very helpful! The customers were so nice too. All around a great place!

My first trip here was so fun. I just wanted to buy everything!!!! Outdoor staff was very friendly and kind in answering all my questions. Especially Sierra. They were very knowledgeable about the plants and you could tell they all took pride in their job. Bathroom was impressively clean. I will be back soon!!!

I had such a good experience going to Bells for the first time today. A nice gentleman named Coach (Lewis?) greeted me at the door and gave me a tour of how the store is laid out. He even helped me pick out a couple shade plants for my yard.

This store is a gardeners paradise! The best part is the employees being so helpful. It makes a huge difference when there is someone to help you. I’ll definitely be back to support your business.

I only got a gift card for a good friend this day but I love this place in the spring all the herbs, veggies, berries and flower plants. A True seed store and landscaping mega store.
