I have asked a few times for someone to come out and look at my weed problem. My yard looks like it never was treated for weeds!

Kory M has done a great job . Others can learn from him . He was professional and knowledgeable. I would like him specifically to take care of my lawn needs. Thank you.

I called on the phone to get an estimate for my lawn. The call taker alternately said that they do estimates based on satellite images or the customers description. So I told her that all I wanted was basic mowing service in. After at least 5 minutes she told me that lawn mowing was the one service that they DON'T offer. Yet their page clearly states mowing as one of their services. Then she kept babbling about fertilizer and weeds and such. Click.

I’ve been a customer of TruGreen Lawn Care for 15/20 years and they keep our lawn looking GREAT, the best on the block.!!

I just canceled remaining treatments. I have received no service for 2 months, was told they would be out today and again a no-show. They burned out areas of my lawn last season. I would highly suggest looking for a different service.

The service has been very very good.
Some odd weeds were starting to pop up (Black Medic) and when I called TruGreen a wonderful young lady listened carefully of my description of the weeds and promised the men will get the note, and they did. Their description and treatment described on the receipt nailed it.

The TruGreen rep, Kenny was hard working and pleasant. Our lawn was in rough shape but after a week it's already showing signs of improvement.

Our lawn is in much better shape after True Green treatments. Extra care was taken at this visit with concern for my Koi pond.

Decided to do chemical lawn care on Halloween, which seems dangerous as there are children and teenagers and parents walking around yards. I feel like this is not a good idea...

Not impressed yet. I had this service in Niagara County for many years with no problems at all. I moved to Monroe County and prepaid for the year, early in the year. No one showed as of April 29th, so I called to see when they were going to start. I wasn’t even on the schedule! Check cashed but no scheduled starting date. If you order from them don’t wait as long as I did hoping they’d show up.

Justin was very personable. He confirmed the areas he was going to treat & asked if I had any questions before he started. Really appreciated this face-to-face exchange!! Know if the lawn looks better in a week I'll give Justin a 5-star service rating!!

Excellent service! I have several flower beds and the gentleman carefully applied the pre emergent as not to get it in the flower beds. A+

The specialist was very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting ideas for improving my crabapple trees.

They have badly killed my grass. These people are irresponsible and unaccountable. I have reached out many times and they have not gotten back to me to fix the damage. Avoid their services at all cost.

Technician was very personable and treated my lawn like it was his own. Highly recommended technician.

I find TruGreen lawn Care pricey.. almost unaffordable I don't know how long I can continue purchasing But it does keep my lawn looking better with less work for me

I’m wondering why their true green truck must take up 4 parking spaces at wegmans in Penfield in the afternoon? Just rude!! And wegmans was very busy today so “non lazy” people had to park out further! Just Lazy! I’m thinking they do their work the same way.

I have used TruGreen for about the last year and my lawn is virtually weed free and healthy. I was skeptical at first but the program definitely works.
The technician-Kayden was polite and informative when I spoke with him at my house. I recommend trying TruGreen to fertilize and control the weeds in your lawn.

We've had True Green for 2 summers now. And the lawn looks worse than when we started. The weeds are not dying after several treatments and we are simply not satisfied. Not to mention they would like a payment with none of the results they promised. Horrible
