Friendly and extremely knowledgeable!

Chris and Anthony were driving home from work and noticed my wife and I struggling to use an old gas mower to cut a large section of our front lawn that was recently seeded. We are both elderly and I am 90% blind and have trouble walking because of a bad back. They stopped at our driveway and asked if they could help. We were blown away by their offer to help. They did a marvelous job cutting the grass. I have a riding mower but I couldn’t use it because the grass was only a couple weeks old and the ground was too soft for a heavy mower. If I ever need any work done around my house I will surely call PropertyCare first! Thanks so much Chris and Anthony for stopping to ask if we needed help!

I had a great experience with the whole PropertyCare team, from quoting my job through completion. I had an in-ground pool installed and I needed a landscaper to repair a large portion of my lawn. After contacting 4-5 other companies and either not hearing back or getting unreasonable quotes, I contacted PropertyCare. They were responsive, communicated well and the quote was fair. The work they did was amazing, my yard went from looking like a construction site to a beautiful lawn in a just a few weeks.

Would give 0 stars. Have had multiple run ins with this company about driving on private property. Damaging my grass and not giving any care to try to fix it. There is no communication between owner and employees. They do what they want and lie. Don’t waste your time with this company.
Now all I can do is get lawyers involved.

Be careful especially during a snowstorm Property Care is on the move and does not care about anyone else's lives apparently. They do not follow any rules of the road. They came up to a red light at the four churches in Palmyra and must have thought hey why should I stop at 6:00 a.m. in the morning there shouldn't be anyone else out, not even anyone else plowing even though I have to go out and plow. Oops Property Care's mistake guess what there are other people out including other small business plow trucks and guess what you had to slam on your brakes and start sliding back up and get out of our way because you were careless and didn't think you need to stop at a red light. Oh and then you proceeded to follow us out of town going towards Macedon tailgating us the whole way because we had traffic in front of us slowing us down oh yeah we ourselves are a plow truck also 😁. In the future please do not tailgate us from the four churches in Palmyra all the way to Yellow Mills just because you have to go plow someone's driveway guess what we also do but we follow the rules of the road and we don't tailgate people especially when roads are slick and it's still snowing out. Please start being more respectful on the road of everyone including yourself before you don't even go home to your family. Just trying to look out for everyone☺️❄️❄️❄️

Monday 12/29/25 at 7:33 pm, a property care truck pulled off the Sonyea exit & drove behind me, heading toward Dansville. They then proceeded to tailgate me. There was a snow plow in front of us because there was a snow storm. The driver of the property care truck then decided to make the smartest decision & pass myself as well as the snow plow in front of me. I’m not sure how he even saw around my SUV & the snow plow in front of me. My 6 year old son was in the vehicle for this as well. Do better. This is unacceptable.

Doesn’t show up. Was stuck in driveway and had to go buy a snowblower. Took money upfront and then doesn’t show up or call or answer his phone and leaves voice mail full. Do not recommend this business to anyone. The one star I gave I wish I didn’t have to give that

Hired this company in November and he's only shown up once. Have had 3 major snow events since January 1 and he has not come to plow our driveway. Doesn't show up as promised. Can't leave voicemail messages because the voice mail box is always full, doesn't respond to emails. Only responds via text messages if we're lucky. Several neighbors of mine hired him and they're all complaining.

Great creativity, accommodating times

Considering they employ men who lean out of their company trucks to make fun of women on the side of the road, I would recommend going with literally any other business. Unbelievable and incredibly unprofessional, not to mention just disgusting behavior.

Not really that good, but they have the necessities!

Horrendous . Employees do not know what products they sell and have no knowledge about what is in stock. They do not have a cash register so anything you want has to be carried out or store to the MAIN ENTRY OF THE STORE TO BE RUNG UP. There is no doors inside of store that gives you access to main section of store. Jinky operation

They efficiently worked on three trees, removing one entirely and pruning the other two exactly as requested. The pricing was quite reasonable, and Fernando and his team were not only friendly but also consistently checked in to ensure my satisfaction with the service. I wholeheartedly endorse this company, as they are diligent professionals who are also exceptionally personable.

Had Fernando and his crew come and remove a tree from my house today. I think overall they did great. Trees gone and they removed/grind the stump down. I’d use them again any day. Beat a few quotes that I had gotten and they came the next day. Overall, awesome job. Huge tree gone one day!

Never cleans up properly after themselves, and honestly toddlers can trim a bush better than that. Porches and walk ways are always left dirty because they blow the area before they are done mowing or trimming, and they spend HOURS on site for a job that should only be taking 3 workers a maximum of 2 hours.
