It's very neat and organized. I enjoy the garden center at Lowe's better than at other home improvement centers.

Friendly staff for a Lowe's. Standard and same layout as other Lowe's. Clean and usually no hectic chaos as other big chain hardware store.

That was me almost getting scammed by some person who said they were Apple security they wanted me to get Lowe's gift cards and gives them the numbers and I was dumb enough to drive out there before it dawned on me that I shouldn't do that so I did not buy the gift cards and I told him to F off

Just have to say John in plumbing was a big help with my problems,he was very knowledgeable and gave me advice on multiple situations,it's employees like John who make customers for life,thank you Lowes.

I needed eight things for an epoxy floor they had seven, very impressed for a Sunday, paint department guy was awesome

Pretty much always have what we need, and using the aisle numbers on the products from their website makes finding things quick and easy.

They never have what I need. Also, it's hard to find a worker to get assistance. I'd rather drive an extra 2 miles to their competitor for my needs.

Customer service not that great, don't want to help me with a gift card. I went to a cashier then the Lady was able to help me when I got rejected help from Customer Service

I recently bought an oven and I got to say that Brenda in appliances went above and beyond to help me I had a return the 1st oven because it didn't work she had the delivery guys come pick it up and help me pick out an even better one for a cheaper price thank you Brenda in appliances

I guess self check out is the wave of the future here at lowes not bAd tho.But does that mean less employee s cause they were no were to be found.

Not too busy. Nice plants in the garden area. Staff is hard to find when you need assistance. Nobody gives the same answer when you ask where an item is stocked.

One of the worst lowes I've been to. Plenty of associates none willing to help. Most just gossiping with other associate. No restock of shelves. Just in general unsatisfied with service.

Clean & orderly and very easy to find a sales associate who knows the answer on a near by aisle. They seem to be "on their toes" at this location. I like shopping here due to the friendly staff & their competitive prices.

The supervisor over the registers, around 1:30, was rude, so don't expect great customer service from her; she wears glasses. However, the young girl assisting at the register was polite.

KEN - a manager at this location. Is absolutely AWEFUL and INCOMPETENT!!! Should not be a MANAGER at LOWES!!! LAZY and rude to other employees.

My wife and I went to this location to purchase a smoker grill. We were told initially that we could have the display since they had another one in the back. We were willing to pay someone to build the dang thing since time wasn’t on our side. But they had no one available. So, that’s why we where getting the display. As we were getting ready to check out. Another employee radios KEN to make sure we were good to go. NO, KEN then says “we can’t have it”. I asked to speak with him and as I can hear him on the radio. He says “I’m not walking down there” “tell him no”. Knowing they had six other ones in the back. This lazy manager refused to speak with me in person. I wanted to explain my situation and yet… nothing. I’m shocked that LOWES allows such a person to be in a manager position.
