Tanner does great work. He did the original landscaping job 3 years ago. He was back today to freshen the mulch and some clean up!

He told me today that this was his first big job that he ever did… So proud of him!

I reached out to Tanner for lawn aeration and seeding. He was easy to reach and clearly communicated with me about the service and time. He is very personable, honest and kind. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Wasn't there

I called this business to inquire about residential snow removal. Instead of just letting me know that was not one of their services... I was cussed out and hung up on before I could even ask my question. The sad thing is... I was referred to him. When I sent a text to make him understand that I was not a solicitor, I was told I needed to get a sense of humor.. I would not do business with this company. I made sure I let the business owner that referred me know how I was treated and will let as many others as I can know how l was handled.

Trugreen’s customer service (technician and phone assistance) is outstanding.
They help me with lawn/shrub questions, as well as, my online account.
I appreciate their patience and knowledge.

We are very happy with our TruGreen services. Brent has been the technician for our applications this year & he has been great to work with. Prior to the application, he explains what he will be doing & gives advice on mowing and what is best for our yard. The company is very responsive to any questions/concerns we have. I highly recommend this company.

Worst company known to man!!! Don’t prepay for the year, theyll take your money and never show up!!! Canceled for the 8th day in a row and have yet to start my service since signing up (and paying)!

Jacob was very professional and very pleasant to work with. He listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. I was very impressed with his summary which included tips and advice to promote a healthy lawn. I am more than satisfied with the service Jacob gave me today, and I feel I made the right decision to go with TruGreen.

I visited with the tech and he clearly explained this application. The one suggestion I would make is that it would be nice to have advance notice of the applications so we can visit with the tech iff needed.

UPDATE: it's three weeks later and they still haven't responded. And they sent the bill Trugreen said we didn't owe to collections.

We've used TruGreen for over 3 years and while our yard looks fine, we have some weeds in the backyard we've asked them about every year, and I've even sent pictures. Weeds are still there. They said we had a bug problem; our pest service said we don't. And now, we just got a bill for almost $200 that said "last notice before collections", but when we went online it says we don't owe anything. My husband just waited on hold for almost 15 minutes to talk to a person, and when he finally got through the woman said "If it says you don't owe online you're good", refused to look up our account number, and hung up on him. We want to cancel our service but how do you reach someone to do that?

I have had TruGreen for many years now. Their service has drastically deteriorated and I even question the effectiveness of their service. I see weeds all around my lawn throughout the year. When their technicians come to spray, I feel they are mostly interested in completing their trip and don’t give damn how the lawn looks or if they need to even do their normal job. Sometimes I wonder whether they even visit at all, and charge the money regardless.
However, I will get an automated message almost every other few days about better ways to pay bill; even though my balance is zero.

It is a shame. With the intent of making money, their work ethic and customer focus has gone down the drain.

I called earlier in the week to request grub control application during my regular treatment this week. The phone rep was courteous and efficient and I got a grub control application today. Thanks.

I was very happy to meet with Mark again . I had met with him a year or so ago go and remembered how very impressed I was about how knowledgeable he was (and is) about everything “lawn”. I appreciate that he took the time to explain each issue that I am experiencing with my lawn in plain language, which I truly appreciated. He advised what actions I should take now, so late in this season, to assist with its recovery and he also recommended that I apply a preventative lung fungicide come early April 2026.
It is very obvious that Mark has a great deal of knowledge, pride and dedication in his profession and I felt privileged to meet with him again. He also was very kind to leave me with a brand new rain gauge to help me apply the accurate amount of water when watering.

The young man that came out to service our lawn was very knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to visit with me about the service and answered questions I had. He walked the property with me to know where problem areas were.
