Application of fertilizer & weed control began before 7:30am. Prefer it start at 8am or after. We have dogs that need to go out in the am.

Lawn looks so much better than when I some what fertilized it.

Do not start any business with this company. They are not professionally trained. They spilled excessive product in random areas of our lawn which killed our grass. They call and pester you constantly to try and sell you more services even though you ask them to stop calling. I told them to stop services all together and they still come and spray your yard anyways without your consent. I have called numerous times to stop services and solicitation calls but no luck.

We felt Mark was very helpful and informative. We appreciated that he took the time to come to our property and explain any questions we had.

Our lawn is looking great and very green right now with the rains and lawn care provided! Y'all just completed the pest control treatment so I can't say for sure how that will work out until a few weeks after! I did have a bug citing that same evening in my house but possibly the treatment drove it in the house? I prefer to be home anytime a pest control treatment is done so I can talk to your serviceman and observe at least the beginning and departing of the service!! Maybe pest control could be scheduled by appt?? Thank You for Y'all's part in the beautiful green yard we are experiencing this year!!!

This company sucks at not only what they do but customer service as well. I used them at my last house and my lawn looked awful by the time we went to move. I called to cancel them and told them I was moving and no longer interested in their services and they basically wouldn’t take no for an answer. I believe they reached out a few different times to try and keep me as a customer when I was adamant that I was not interested in transferring my account to my new address. Moved in November and then come spring they billed me and actually performed a service on my old property so had to call them again to get them to refund my account that they never actually canceled. Do it yourself or hire someone else who isn’t just trying to take your money.

I have never written a complaint of any kind. 2 year customer, I'm out of town for work most weekdays. I called and complained about the patches in my yard and was told Grub issue. Tech came out and said it wasn't grub but fungus. Why didn't the previous techs offer solutions or upsells? 6/15/18 I called and they said they would have a salesman call today to schedule treatment. its now 7/16/18 and nobody called. Crab grass is out of control. Lady on the phone today didn't really care and seemed used to people cancelling service.

One thing that is important to us is to always have the same true green representative come to our house. Our representative that comes is a very nice young man and he has gotten rid of lots of weeds that we had previously in our yard.

Your service technician Raymond is knowledgeable, informative and personable. At each application he tells me how each product is timed in the TruGreen system that keeps my lawn weed free and keeps it looking it's best throughout the year.

Came back to spot treat broad leaf weeds at no additional cost. Above and beyond my expectations.

Highly upset with with the results. The front looks just like the back. I can't believe they still calling wanting my business. After all the rain and sunshine. I was told our yard would thrive come the following spring. Spring is here. This is the result. After looking at some of the reviews, shame on you TruGreen. I remember my wife said we was billed and no work was done. Irrigating was being done late in the process. Seems like if you are not home when they come, they will just not do anything and bill you.

Cory was efficient and careful. Spring Green has always been reliable and fairly priced.

Tyler Cooksey, had been both personable and professional in my experience with him and True Green.
There were a number of unfortunate situations that arose from the start of my services with True Green and Tyler was always (even after normal business hours) there to correct the concerns.

My last experience with TruGreen was very different from the past. Previously, I had issues with a technician who made excuses about the weeds in my yard, which left me frustrated. James reassured me that this wasn’t the standard of service and promised that the next technician would address my concerns. He was absolutely right. Landon was the complete opposite of what I had experienced before. He took the time to listen, asked about the specific problems I was having, and focused on those areas while treating my lawn. That kind of care and attention makes a big difference. Because of people like James and Landon, I feel confident continuing with TruGreen and would recommend them to others.

I always trust TruGreen, they do a great job. Ive been with them for a very long time. Always professional, friendly and courteous.

Back in September I rec'd a call from Tru GREEN to set up a lawn service again. It was a Sunday after Church, she talked us into lawn service and TRU PRO Aeroation and seeding. And if we paid up front we would get a discount. We explained our card was compromised and we wouldn't be able to pay until it came in due to the fact our card gives us rewards. She said that is fine, nothing would be charged until we called in. I called in when our card came in and explained what was said above. We got a bill showing the price of everything including a GRUB CONTROL that we did not discuss and I asked them to remove it when they were supposed to settle up to include the prepay for all the treatments including the Aeration and seeding. I was in my account today and see that they did not take out the payment for prepay and they are charging us for each individual service. With this being said, we want to cancel our account and we will find another lawn service that will keep their word.

I spoke with this person ID twice 178407 10.06 & 10.17 and he said he remembered talking to us and would get our account fixed. I spoke to a lady today who just did not care about what was agreed upon.

TrueGreen has been fantastic so far. One yard application and one tree and shrub application and both times the service was there when they said they were going to be and the two different gentleman were friendly and knowledgeable !

Christian did AMAZING! Very thorough and made sure to overseed the problem spots in my lawn! I believe this is year 3 of service from Trugreen and will definitely have them back next fall!

Today, James treated for mosquitos and crawling insects. He rang the doorbell to let me know he was here and made sure to ask if I had any questions. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I received a text message to remind me my service would be completed this morning. I appreciated the communication and I like using the app to see my invoices and services.

James did a thorough application making sure to spray all bushes and low hanging tree branches as well as any areas that might harbor mosquitoes or crawling insects.

I would recommend Tru-green for tree and shrub and mosquito treatment. I am very happy with the technicians, the communication and the service.
