My technician, Dylan not only treats my lawn but gives me detailed information of what went down and how much. All TDI's technicians are cleanly dressed and efficient on-the-job. (You see no standing around, smoking or wasting time). They take pride in their work and it shows. Making sure no part of the products are left on the driveway to watching that nothing gets on my Day Lilies. They treat my lawn like they would do their own. I am pleased with the cost and results. Yes, I've had the other kind' of services, so I know.

Josh and Kameron came out today to service my yard. I had been experiencing some unusual weed growth and coverage. They took the time to meet with me and listen to all my concerns. I could tell from our conversation they were knowledgeable and genuinely cared about delivering excellent customer service. It was evident they were passionate about ensuring my yard was healthy and I was receiving the service my yard needed. I’ve been with this company for 10 years and the company has always made good on their promises. Josh and Kameron are an asset to TDI and truly care about their customers and getting the job done right the first time. If I could have these two gentleman service my yard every time that would hands down be my choice.

I noted some weeds coming up after an application. I notified Tyler and the next day he had Keith (also amazing guy) out to the house and within 2 days… the stubborn weeds were gone. Broadleaf weeds all over my yard, growing way above the grass. When I complained, the "technician" wanted to argue with me. He said that was normal for Alabama in the summer. That's simply not true. I had a weed free yard for many years when I took care of it myself, and for several years when I used Scott's service before they sold out. I'm paid up for the year, but will be switching to another service at the end of the year.

Aeration Tech called ahead, came on time, was thorough, efficient, friendly, courteous and did a great job.
