Horrible experience. My service is constantly delayed. It’s now going to be almost 2 weeks longer than originally scheduled, and that’s before any more delays. My yard looks horrible. I can’t get a response from customer service.

I usually don't do any reviews. Particularly negative ones. However Lawnstarter is particularly bad. The app is glitchy and the service is very very subpar. Just avoid this.

Drew has done an excellent job in my yard and is great to work with!

Joshua helped with my lawn the same day i requested it. I've had lots of issues with other lawn care services in the area and lawnstarter usuallly doesnt disappoint.

Great Service - I'm very happy with the service and professional work that Lawstarter is providing me access to via the app. It's so convenient to use and get estimates and the service providers are very professional. I highly reccomend using the Lawstarter app for your lawn service needs.

Hired them to mow for weekly services. The contractor and team only had limited availability and weren’t able to do our weekly mowing and kept rescheduling. Contacted contractor, and there was no straight answer of availability. After almost 22 days, we decided to cancel our services. We would not and do not recommend using them.

I was really happy with Josh and LawnStarter. He pays attention to detail and has done a very thorough job.

Do not give them your credit card. They will give themself a 20% tip.
Noah did a good job mowing but u can’t trust them providing other services.

I hired this company on a Wednesday to schedule a mow on Monday or Tuesday. No one showed up when I contacted the company I was told "While it states that your mow is scheduled on Mon, Jun 22 Tue, Jun 23, to set your expectations, there is a very small chance of getting a crew that could come out within that time frame.". They could not tell me when someone would be available to mow my lawn. I had to contact another company which most likely will charge me extra because my lawn is now overgrown.

This is a joke of a company. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

They would not show up when scheduled. Instead, they would mark the job as complete without actually doing it. The two times they did show up, it was dark, and the mower was using the flashlight on his phone so he could see. Many areas were missed, and the edging was skipped entirely.

The worst experience possible!! They broke my sprinkler and asked all weird stuff when I requested a reimbursement !!! I would recommend to keep them at bay at all cost!!! TERRIBLE would be an understatement!

Stay clear of this company! They are crooks! They say they are going to do one thing, then don't show up then charge you money for what they didn't do. They give you nothing but a run around of when they "might" show up but then don't. Then when they finally do show up at 8:30 at night to mow your lawn they do a horrible job and leave the grass 5 inches long. But you have already been charged!!! Crooks! Beware!

First date for mowing set up 2-3 weeks ago and still has not been mowed, not happy with this company at all. Grass is now so long it will take even longer to do a good job. Don't use them.

They never showed up, twice. You cant get ahold of them. Support takes 3 days to answer you and there is no answer on the phone number they have listed on google. Horrible company. And you cant cancel till you have had 3 mows. How do I get my lawn mowed if they never show up?

Scheduled a lawn mowing on Friday. They texted at 11:40 that morning that they were “on their way”. One guy finally showed up at 8:35 that NIGHT! It was very nearly dark. He said he’d get as much done as he could before dark and then come back the next day to finish. He only got a little bit of edging done before it was too dark to continue. The next day, Saturday, he never showed up. No texts, calls, or emails. Don’t use this company.

Only because I can't give them "0" stars. These guys are a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. They will call you and take 30 minutes of your day asking you several questions, then they aren't able to find a crew to do the job and they cancel on you. The whole experience was pathetic, do yourself a favor and PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR YARD WORK.

I hired these guys to clean and mow my lawn because I moved out. When the people showed up what I wanted done was very poorly told to the team that came out. All they did was mow, now when I needed it done by the first I was told it would take until the 4th to get the job I actually scheduled done.
I'm totally screwed and would have loved to go with another company, save the hassle and go with anyone else.

Complete pain to work with. I’ve rescheduled over 10 times and they haven’t shown up and done a single thing. They just keep pushing back my schedule date later and later. Extremely unorganized and probably the worst experience I’ve ever experienced with any company I’ve ever worked with. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY

If you actually want your lawn taken care of do not use this company. After multiple no shows (we were clients over a year and tried to be patient) the company then started marking jobs as complete even when no one showed up. If you reach out to customer service you will have to wait a week for a reply and they do not answer their phones.

Horrible company. Charged for no service, been waiting for a refund, as they review our claim of no service. It has been over 2 weeks. How long does it take! 9 inches of growth on a lawn. When you guy said he was here 3 day before. Figure it out.
We even pay extra for safe and secure. That was a joke.
