I bought a beautiful banana tree and some cone flowers. We were also scouting a shade tree for the backyard. The staff was very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to answer questions and help with the decision making process. Thank you!

Absolutely love coming here. So much variety for indoor and outdoor plants. Plus they have a great selection on decor and gifts. The cutest nursery. I went this time as I had heard about their mushroom display. Super cute my daughter and I enjoyed it. As well as all the decorated trees. So many different themes. And the poinsettias were perfect. Amazing full baskets. And as always everyone there is so nice and welcoming. Love coming here, so close to home and I love shopping Puyallup.

Such a beautiful to shop for Christmas. They have all sorts of garden trinkets to make your house beautiful. Lots of choices of gifts. It is a must during Christmas season. And they have the reindeer during the holiday season. So fun for adults and kids.

I don’t write reviews often but I’m a plant newbie and a wonderful staff member named Delaney (not sure if the spelling is correct) answered a lot of questions for me and we bonded over plant talk. I’ve never gotten customer service like that at Lowe’s or Home Depot and this is now my go to spot to build my greenery on my mission to plantify my home! Great place and staff is knowledgeable and friendly. a bit pricey but worth it for the expert knowledge compared to big box stores. Delanie (sorry if I’m spelling wrong) also gave a treat to my fur baby, which is a big plus in my book.

This place is a hidden gem in Puyallup! Aside from their vast selection of greeneries, they have an amazing cafe inside the store which we absolutely enjoyed! Tiramisu and lobster roll is on the menu y’all and it was very well executed! I sometimes find an excuse to come to this place so I can get my hands on their lobster roll!

This was my first time here. Staff was very helpful, they took me through the program enrollment and detailed explanation of how it works, and lady who repotted my vines was so amazing (Dasly is her name or so, can't recall her name very well due to overwhelming reception I got over there) and professional.

Lots of Kool Stuff but not Cheap! Our Wives will Drag Us there. Try and say "Sorry Honey, I forgot My Wallet!" LOL

I love that they offer the free potting service if you buy an indoor plant and pot!! Repotting is always so stressful to me, definitely worth buying the pot at the same time for me and having them do it!
Betsy was an absolute delight to talk to! She potted my plant for me and was so friendly and nice.

The displays are creative and attractive, and there are so many things to look at that are not "alive" like clothing, shoes, books... much more. I loved it.

Now, the bad news. The prices are high, and I mean... high.

Had to stand in HUGE checkout line just to pick up a little online order. Effectively eliminating my whole quick stop online shopping point. It was a team member who told me that I have to wait in regular checkout line.
Otherwise it is a great nursery 😊

First time but definitely not the last.
I went here on a recommendation by a friend to get help re-potting an 8 year old plant. The plant was growing wide with crazy turns and curls.
It was initially a piece off of my moms plant and she is no longer with us so it was very important to keep intact.
Jenna and every other person I came in contact with was AMAZING!!!
She understood how important this plant is/was to me to keep alive.
They kept the plant overnight and had her standing tall and beautiful by the next day. From cashiers to loaders and every person who helped me in between, they were awesome.
If you're looking for a great selection with top notch customer service, Watson's is the place to go

Beautiful nursery, but prices are very steep. You can pretty much find whatever you need here, but you will pay a premium. The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. Fun place to visit, but be ready to pay a premium price.

If you need to get in the Christmas spirit this will do it. So many trees, wreaths, poinsetta's and gifts. Finding Nigel was a highlight for my granddaughter.

Beautiful location with a lot of options for this time of year. The basics I was after were very reasonably priced, especially for the quality. This will definitely be our go-to nursery from now on!

I love going here! The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoy just walking around and looking at all the plants and trees. There is so much inspiration and so many plants and trees in all different stages of growth to choose from. Sometimes I just look for an excuse to go.

We love this place but had a bad experience today- not their fault. We bought a nice expensive Laceleaf Maple to be picked up later. When I went to get it, someone had switched tags off a lesser expensive tree and taken ours. Apparently this has happened before so either take home your purchases or ask if they can hold it somewhere safer.

Just had a wonderful experience at Portland Nursery. Bought a very large pot and a very helpful employee took me all around helping me to choose just the right selection of plants for it. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable!

Large variety of trees, shrubs, plants, and gardening supplies. The staff is extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. An added bonus is that the staff do not smother you while browsing, but are readily available if you have questions or need assistance.
