The company saved us when a previous contractor strung us along and then fell through. We were impressed with their fast turnaround, excellent communication, and quality work. The owner and crew were easy to talk to and worked hard. Would recommend.

Me and the wife had planned on doing our own yard work. Time dragged on and she (and I) realized we just were just not going to get it done in a timely manner. She ran across an ad for Giving Hope Lawn Management and gave a call.
They arrived at the appointed time and started immediately. Everything we wanted done was finished by the end of the day. Andrew and his crew are to be commended. Great work! Veteran owned! Semper Fi !

This fall, The Giving Hope crew added a large raised bed hard scape and, a separate and wonderful patio with paver wall and built in grill.

It truly set-off our golf course lot/view.

They coordinated design, materials, construction, plantings, irrigation and clean-up.

Maybe it could have been a 4 1/2 Stars. They were so meticulous the project went over time (not budget!).

Oh, and they a nice guys,too.

Patrick and his guys are top notch and I'm glad I used them. They did grading, mulch beds, compost, seed, and straw. In two days I had a brand new yard that looks amazing!! Thanks Patrick!!

Called for an appointment a week ago. They were to come today between 9 & 12. At 1234 I received a call from whoever was supposed to come by, telling me he was on his way and would be there in 20 minutes. NOPE! I just spent 3 hours waiting for you and I have things to get done. He then says he will call later in the afternoon to see if I was home. He NEVER called.
Don't know who they are "Giving Hope" to, but it definitely is FALSE HOPE.
If you have time to waste wondering if they will show up, then this is your company.
If you want to be treated with respect, then RUN!
Don't know what their work would be like, but if it's anything like their failure to show up for an appointment, failure to call and let you know they are running late, and their failure to treat any potential customer with respect, then I can imagine working with them would be an absolute nightmare.
I would strongly recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

Parking lot experience at ALDI on Staples Mill today was absolutely unacceptable. An employee kept blowing debris directly onto my car & others while I we were parked. Extremely inconsiderate.

I highly recommend this company. They did a thorough job of aerating my lawn. I could tell that they paid extra attention to my bare patches to make sure those areas got extra treatment. Communication through the whole process was outstanding as well. You can tell they care about providing top-notch service...they will be my "go to" aeration service for the future!

I called to get more information and to get a quote. I left a voicemail. I did not receive a call back. I called again and was hung up on.

Worst customer service ever. Always say they are "in a meeting", never call back. Owe people mulch but never want to do the work.

Had them take over for our neighborhood's landscaping this year and it has been a nightmare of an experience.

The business was totally unresponsive except to receive the deposit. They never reply to emails or calls.
