Lines can be long.

Long lines just for self checkout

Left a bag. Tried to call they don’t try to pick up the phone for any area you try to reach was ringing for 30 minutes. Rip off now that I won’t get my $15 back oh well.

I got like 5 things, and the 10 items or less self check out isn't even being used, but they said you have to wait in the long line for self checkout and when its your turn then you can walk to the open (10 items or less) self check out. That's not how the (10 items or less) line is supposed to work its design to get the ppl with a few things in and out quickly, so that they don't go to target or somewhere that has their stuff together.

Spend more money on checkout lanes and less on secret shoppers

It's okay just the store is very small so it makes it look crowded. But it's good
