Steven is the man! Took care of us after Hurricane Ian. So happy we called. They came out right away and did a fantastic job!!

I've used these guys several times and they are absolutely fantastic. They're always on time, great communication, and awesome work. They've got very competitive prices as well, and are always willing to work with you on whatever you need done.

I'll definitely be using them again.

Whoever drives the vehicle for this company nearly ran me off the road in Riverview, Florida.

As a business owner myself I would not allow any of my employees to drive in this manner. This may not be a service complaint But your employees are a reflection of your company.

I highly recommend this company. The first thing I liked is that they came to my house at the date and time they said they would come for a quote. They sent me the quote the day they came like I was told. They arrived for the install the date and time they told me they would. They are professional and friendly. Lastly they have affordable pricing. Love my yard now.

I wish I could’ve had the opportunity to utilize their service. Unfortunately, I never got a email with the quote I requested after I had someone look at my yard. I checked my spam folder and everything. I also called them several times before to try and schedule an inspection to get a quote. Left a voicemail with no callback. If my yard is too much work all you have to do is say that rather than ignore me.

The gentlemen were very respectful and helpful with moving items I could not lift myself. The lawn was done in a very timely manner and looks beautiful!

We have used this company once with poor result. Tried to communicate issues with little impact. They didn't cut entire yard, or edge properly ,bent downsprouts left major marks on driveway. We finally decided to cancel. received acknowledgement but then they showed up today. We had already paid for a second cut so we allowed them to mow. Mistake, even more of a mess. This time they also got stuck in yard and tore up back corner of yard. No attention to any of the issues described above, including repairing our gutters. I have sent emails and left messages. You can never get them on the phone. Messages are not addressed. Poor overall service.

I hired this company to re-sod my front lawn, remove trees and shrubs, weed, and mulch. The work they performed is of good quality.

While I have no problems with the quality of work performed, this company suffers from a communication problem and is somewhat disorganized. While the job was finished I was never given clear dates or times as to when men would be on my premises performing their services, nor was I ever given a clear time table as to the completion of said services. There were sometimes spans of a week or so without follow-up or updates as to the status of the project and from initial estimate to a finished project it took a few months to complete (I will give some lee-way here due to hurricane Ian). While responsive to feedback and able to correct problems that arose, these minor issues were not addressed in as timely a fashion as I would have liked and I feel that certain problems could have been avoided if I was able to be on the property while work was being performed. Additionally, during the sod installation my fiber optic cable was severed and I was not notified of this incident. The damage was minimal and easily reparable but I only found out after getting home from work and realizing I no longer had internet service. This prolonged the service outage as the issue had to be diagnosed and the sever in the cable needed to be located.

Additionally for the sake of transparency I have been offered a $50 gift card to leave this review.

Mike was extremely easy to work with and answered all my questions. His pricing was 100% fair and kept in contact with me about every detail. This was my first time having sod installed by professionals and I will use them again for my future projects.

Mike and his Team are awesome- they completely reworked my landscaping and it looks fantastic. Very very professional, friendly and quality work they stand behind- highly recommend this company!

I can not recommend mike and his team enough. I bought a house on almost .5 acres that needed a major clean up and maintenance.
Communication is A+, He’s been responsive day 1, follows up when he says he will and detail oriented.

We added tree removal and stomp grinding into my initial contract. Mikes communicated every step of the way and ensures you understand exactly what his team is doing.

I called this company on September 4th, 2024 (about ten days ago from this review) and told the person that I was in desperate need of fertilization and grounds care. I had a company who was not showing up for service and still billing me (caught on camera).

This person said he would try to be out to my property on the same day, or at the very least, the next day. He never showed up, never called to reschedule, and never even gave me a courtesy call as to why he couldn't make it.

This seems to be common practice among businesses today. It seems that not too many people have the professionalism and business skills to communicate and interface with people properly.

Very disappointing.

Insignia did a whole landscaping job at my home. They were very professional and did an exceptional job. Mike and Steve were very present and ware always letting me know what was going on and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Mike and his crew were incredibly professional. We recently had several bougainvilleas planted in our backyard. The process was simply, we met with Mike to discussed our ideas, he helped us narrow down our thoughts and guided us in the best direction, that’s it! The bougainvilleas are beautiful, we are very happy with the service we received. I would highly recommend Mike and his team. We are already chatting with Mike about our next project 😀

See attached pictures I took with my phone with timestamp September 24 and October 18 of 2024. Recently decided to try out a new landscaper after 5 years with the same one as the last home owner prior to me purchasing my current home. My rationale to do so was that by doing so, the transition line from my neighbor's lawn and my lawn would be in sync and generally just look better that way. So I noted the number for Insignia when I saw the landscapers around the neighborhood and decided to give a call. Spoke with a nice sounding gentleman named Mike who helped me get set up. The first time the lawn got cut, I was underwhelmed as I saw evidence of suboptimal lawn care in my lawn as evidenced by either one of their workers having flicked their cigarette butt in my lawn at worst, or blew it using the finishing touch blower into mulch bed from the street at best--but I happen to believe it was likely flicked there mindlessly due to some other clear evidences of suboptimal attention being paid to the lawn: I have two pigmy dwarf palm trees flanking the walkway leading up to the door which had been trimmed upon me returning from work, which I was happy about but simultaneously I was dismayed to see that there were trimmed palm fronds both still dangling from the tree via some missed cut fibers, as well as some palm fronds on the ground that had never been picked up. Regarding the palm fronds on the ground and the ones dangling from the tree, I just let them stay there so that the worker's could see their error the next time they came around. However, the next time the Insignia worker's came to cut, they actually only cut the neighbor's yard and not mine, leaving the mess they left behind the first time around continue to be. At that point I just cleaned it up myself. I took a picture of the lawn being unmowed with timestamp September 24 and sent it to Mike in text message and he did apologize, promising to look into it for me. Honestly, I even just recently texted him more pictures of another instance of the workers only cutting the neighbor's lawn while leaving mine unmowed, and that timestamp is October 18th which I also sent to Mike. At this point, I asked for a refund of a month of my money since I effectively didn't receive service for one month and the association sends fees for this kind of thing. Extremely underwhelmed with the lack of professionalism with this company and will be seeking a new company moving forward.

I went through Insignia landscape for landscape design of my front yard and they exceeded my expectations! They took my vision and brought it to life. Mike at Insignia has been amazing to work with. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but friendly and professional as well. He always stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process and made sure I was happy with my service. I also had the chance to meet Steve and his team during installation day and they were exceptional.

Insignia removed my old plants, replaced them with Florida friendly plants that are beautiful and manageable, added sod, mulched, and installed rocks around my pool. I will also be using them for lawn maintenance and fertilization.

Mike and the team did a great job from start to finish. They spent time on the front end giving us ideas and listening to what we wanted for our project. The work was done very well and follow up was outstanding. They asked several times if we wanted to change anything and were very helpful.

I am so impressed with this company! I called out several landscape companies for quotes and Insignia was by far the most professional. They continued to be professional from start to finish of the sod, plant and mulch install and yard cleanup. They were also very responsive to all of my questions. I highly recommend Insignia!

Insignia renovated our backyard and installed an outdoor drainage system. We are very impressed with Mike and Steve and the quality of their work - our yard looks fantastic! We could not recommend them more and appreciate this local small business!

We selected Insignia Landscaping after interviewing several landscapers. We were very impressed with Mikes professionalism, knowledge and approach. He is very creative and picked out the perfect plants for each space. His follow up and follow through are impeccable! His crew worked hard and were very respectful of our property. We highly recommend him and his company. We only wish we would have found him sooner so he could have installed our artificial turf As well. Insignia is reasonable and top quality. They do what they say they will! We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Working with insignia was great! Everyone we met had a great attitude and genuinely seemed to love what they do. We had a lot of paver stones done. There was a lot of attention to details with regards to the paver stones. Mike was particularly patient with me when I changed my mind a few times. Very professional! Would recommend Insignia!
