Landscaping reviews across the US

I have not personally used this service and after the way I have been seeing their drivers and how they drive, where they are risking the lives of others around them I am sure to not use their services.
Your drivers need to be refreshed on how to drive properly and understand that when someone is not using a turn signal that you do not blow right in front of them, especially right next to a child care center.
If I could give you zero stars I would.

Green Services has been great to work with. They always call in advance of their visits and they are very knowledgeable on conventional and organic methods to care for our lawn.

Friendly greetings with us. Phone call in advance of arrival along with text message that "I'm on the way". Confirm that chemicals are pet friendly and how long we should wait before letting the pets out onto the treated lawn. Invoicing and payment.
All positive and easy!

Kevin is awesome! Our lawn has never looked better. He is very knowledgeable about types of grass, weeds, and bugs. Kevin definitely takes pride in his work cares about his customers.

They are easy to work with, they're responsive and professional yet very friendly and approachable. They listen to what our concerns and goals are and do everything within their power to accomplish that. I personally feel they take pride in our lawn and yard like we do.

I appreciate the responsiveness to issues once made known to you guys. The accountability to the services you provide is also appreciated. Any more this is not common amongst contractors of any kind, and unfortunate as it is there are many unprofessional companies out there “serving” customers with the absolute minimum to collect their pay. I appreciate the fact that while there have been hiccups or honest mistakes, you’ve owned them and made it right! This will keep me as a customer and make me comfortable providing a referral if solicited by friends and family members. Thanks again!

Hired them to control weeds they did not come to spray until the weeds were already mature, and they missed several sections. then wanted to Bill for the full amount even though it was almost a complete waste as the weeds were big and mature and would also require physical removal. they agreed to bill us less, we have 3 witnesses to this agreement. now they threaten to take us to small claims court for not paying the full amount.... although we paid the amount agreed to because of the shoddy work performed. well if that is what they want bring it on.

FOLLOW UP COMMENT ...(we had several phone calls and talked with Sean Tominaga to no real good results, over several months. They complained about the weather and that it rained after they applicated chemicals [something any good applicator knows is to look at the forecast] took them over a month to do the work [timing is a big part of application] they said they got too busy [should have told us they would not make it in a timely fashion]
...... looking at the company website IT said "satisfaction guaranteed" (yeah right) I also discovered they put their employees in a position as salesman with quotas for how much $$$ in sales they do. explains allot about dealing with them.
they agreed to drop $$???? off the price of spraying after we showed them pictures of the poor job done. Then when we did not contract with them to do the work for the following year {at a price increase more than the $$????} they no longer honored the agreement to drop the $???? off the price and billed us again with late charges and interest WHAT A DISHONEST COMPANY!!! ..... we found others to do the same work at 2/3 the price or better. and thus far are much more impressed by their quality of work)

In the last 6 months we have shared our story with other potential customers who do similar business as us. They did not contract with green services.

I really appreciate them taking the time to call the day before they come out to let me know they are coming. They also knock on the door to let me know they are here. It’s just a little extra step that goes along way! We truly enjoy how much happier our trees are since using them to fertilize and pest control.

Service is always timely and efficient Work is completed with minimal disruption. Have used Green Services for a number of projects and they have always performed very well. Would recommend them for your next landscaping product or service need.

I contacted this company with several questions about their lawn service as well as their notifications prior to coming out (I have an expensive showdog quality mini schnauzer who freely roams the fenced back yard). Their service tech was friendly and punctual, but I received NO notification (I even asked ahead when I could expect them, but Kyler Scott did not reply). Matt said he would let the office know, very graciously and kind, but when I emailed Kyler Scott (AGAIN) he basically called me a liar and said he checked their system and even verified my email address... and that the email was unopened. I gave hom the benefit of the doubt and looked in EVERY FOLDER (Kyler doesn't like capital letters like that, by the way) to add to my contact list so that doesnt happen again. NO notification, NO apology, NO proof (I requested a copy and Kyler said he wasn't going to do that). So, I've asked for customer service or his supervisors number, after Kyler told me if I wasn't happy with their service I could go somewhere else. He says they WILL ONLY (sorry Kyler) send an email the day before they come out (no schedule) and they will not call, voice mail or text message; so if you miss the email the day before (or you don't get one) say GOODBYE to your pedigree show dog til you meet again, if you do? (I actually watched a young man in a small pick up try to snag up my dog from the front yard, while I was standing in the driveway... he didn't see me, but he def saw my dog). OK, I'm done explaining. Per Kyler's recommendation I will shop somewhere else.

Services have been great. The yard is clear of clovers and the weeds are cleaned out of the beds. They always call the day before a spray to remind me of services and prices are very reasonable.

Green Services is a very good lawn, pest and tree service. if you are looking for a company to take care of all of your pest needs, give them a call. They are reasonably priced, efficient and do their best to provide excellent service.

Green Services is a great company to use for lawn and tree care. They are located in Eagle, Id. They always send a reminder call the day before their service call and explain the procedure they wil be applying. Their workers always arrive with a smile, are professional and on time. We would highly recommend Green Services!

We contract with this company to feed and control pests on trees and shrubs. Our plants look great and should there be any issue they come out quickly to remedy the problem. They communicate with us so we know when they are coming. Reasonably priced too.

When it came time to renew my annual service, they just didn't contact me. I had to reach out twice to learn why. They wanted me to bundle more services and without that, they wouldn't continue the services they had provided for a while. Very poor customer service. I found better service elsewhere at a lower price.

Great company! We like that they communicate with us ahead of time to let us know they are coming, we get a detailed receipt after services and I love that we can pay online. Our yard looks great and we’re happy with Green Services.

Since we started with Green Services, our yards have never looked so green and healthy. The dandelions are almost completely gone. They did plant some trees and bushes last year, and did a fantastic job. Even tho we live in a back court, I'm happy when people drive by and see our lovely front yard.

We have found the gang at Green Services to be highly professional and personable. Their expertise and willingness to spend time answering our questions in their friendly manner is refreshing. Kyler and the other technicians are always great about sending follow up emails regarding recent services and are diligent when it comes to making us aware of concerns they are seeing and, more importantly, what they have done to resolve the issue. We couldn’t be happier with Sean and his Green Services team.

My lawn has never looked better! I have used Green Services for 3 years now and they are the best. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to understand the needs I have for my lawn. I recommend them to anyone looking to make their lawn look better!
