They were friendly and helpful and I had accidentally gotten the wrong size muzzle and they exchanged it no problem, for the right one.

Everyone there is so helpfull and kind. If you have questions, they have answers. I apsolutly love this place its my favorite store lol!

What an amazing experience my parents and nephew had. On top of it, they left there with Conners very first snake. He will never forget it. She even helped them build "Obsidian"s" new home! Thank you Cheyanne!

Zamzows guaranteed their products will work or money back which comes in extremely helpful when our pug is super picky. Best dog food that we have found also; grandma Z's.

The young lady who assisted us today was extremely helpful with finding food and a topical treatment that promotes healthy skin. We always have a good experience when visiting Zamzows!

By far my favorite place to get food for my reptiles. Zamzos is the best, but specifically this location and I’ve been to 5 or 6 in the valley. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

I’m so dumbfounded that I needed to leave a review. I love zamzows for lawn and pet care but I will never go to this specific location again. I know the hiring process has been hard for everyone after the pandemic and try to be forgiving but am genuinely concerned for the animals at this location. I went in to purchase crickets, 90% of them were dead in the tank. In my bag of 15, 10 were dead. So I asked for 10 more and two of that were dead. The guy didn’t care at all that he was handing me dead crickets. It’s just concerning because if you can’t keep crickets alive, how well are they keeping other creatures that have actual needs? Only bad zamzows experience EVER.

The staff always seems to have their own agenda. I haven't met a friendly employee. They seem put out every time I ask for help with reptile food. I bought weed killer and it didn't work at all. The commercials sure paint a pleasant picture but what a bunch of miserable people. Only go if your in a pinch.

I love this zamzows! The people are great and it’s the only food my dogs will eat. I also always get my grass feed and weed killer here! They also have the best lawn program around!

Their cat scratched my daughter!
They have a cat that loosely runs around the store. We weren’t aware of this cat prior to entering the store. As we were looking at the plants the cat came up and scratched my daughter on the arm. She started screaming and not a single employee came over to check on her or to remove the cat. The lady checking us out saw and secretly asked if she was okay but nothing further was done. The cat was on the counter at check out so the lady pushed it off, towards us, freaking my child out even more. Worst Zamzows I have ever been to. I can’t believe this is even allowed!

Last few times I have been into this location have been beyond awesome. I am dealing with an injured back and Steve has, without hesitation, carried my dog food to the counter and to the truck. Dude is a stud and makes my recovery that much easier. I have been buying from zamzows for many years and this just confirms my decision. Super helpful people and that above and beyond is greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch guys and gals!

If you are looking for anything animal related do not go to Petsmart or Petco, GO TO ZAMZOWS!!

-the employees are much more knowledgeable and value you
-the products are WAY cheaper
-their animals are in amazing condition, unlike several very unhealthy and unethical procedures at other pet stores
-the staff know all of the animals and their temperaments, they care so much about what they do.
-they’re local!

I’ve visited Zamzows my whole life, but it wasn’t until recently I started going for me. I’ve been looking to purchase a snake and have done a plethora of research, however I needed a little extra help. Immediately when I walked in the store an employee helped me. He showed me how to handle snakes and gave me honest feedback on my research. He spent a good chunk of time helping me and recommending amazing products. These products all matched up with my personal research so I know it wasn’t a “marketing scam”. He advised me what substrates and lights to avoid even if they made more profit; that’s what Zamzows is about. Helping you, your animal, your lawn, anything you go there for. They believe in connection and truly doing what’s best for you! Thank you for what you guys do.

This location provides wonderful service. The manager (I believe his name was Enoc) had a wealth of information about caring for rabbits. He gave recommendations for the best prices on supplies and feed. I could tell he had the animals best interest in mind. It was nice to know we have such professional resources at our neighborhood feed store.

I was able to get propane refilled and there and they were quick to help.

We asked for assistance looking at the chinchillas and the man walked away and never came back. After 30 min we asked another associate at the front counter and she just said no we could not see the chinchillas, I was interested in buying one and got zero assistance.

The amazing radio commercials always brings me in to Zamzows and Casey who helped me was amazing. I would even call her a floral artist. She helped me put together six large flower baskets for my patio. She was resourceful, kind, fun…made ann overwhelming task fun and enjoyable. I love how my floral baskets turned out.

I really value Zamzows as a place that cares about the pets and items it sells and the customers who visit. I have bought many, many items from various locations and have always felt cared about as a customer. Most recently my daughter got a bunny as an early Christmas gift. When we realized the day after we brought it home that it was sick, they allowed us to take it to our vet and reimbursed us for the vet visit. I'm happy to say the bunny is healthy and happy and they have earned a customer for life. Thanks for being an honest and caring provider of services to your community. My family and I really appreciate you!

This is probably the best Zamzows in the valley! Every time i come in, im always greeted by smiling faces and hospitality. Every single employee there is always so happy and eager to help with whatever they can as well as being so knowledgeable regarding the reptiles/animals they sell. 10/10 experience every time, i will never shop anywhere but here!

Keith was super kind and helped me carry my purchases out to my car. My knee was really aching and I wasn’t looking forward to two trips, so I really appreciated the assistance. Always love visiting this location.

I love Zamzows so much! They always have a great selection of products and the friendliest staff! Everyone is so warm and welcoming to our dogs when we bring them in!
