I had my new 65" flat screen TV and audio system installed by Dean from Fleetwood. I could not have been more pleased. He installed and set up everything perfectly including my universal RF to IR remote so all components could be in a closet. Yesterday I got the programming all fouled up due to my pushing buttons too quickly. I emailed Dean at 10 PM expecting to hear from him the next day. In 10 minutes I got a phone call from Dean who quickly walked me through updating my TV sofware and getting everything working. To say I was completely blown away by this level of service is an understatement. I will be a customer for life.

Worst locksmith ever!! Put locks illegally on my business and, are just in general complete dirt balls. I am going to pursue every legal action possible against Michael Rosenzwieg and, Paul Romano as these two are the most dishonest excuses for human beings I have ever came across. The guy Ray is a complete Cocksmith also. These guys are a bunch of CumGuzzling Cocksmith's.

This lock scammer charged my roommate partner tons of money for five minutes when we were locked out in the cold recently on a regular weekday morning. Not even at night. The super calls them and their service is $555 to get the bottom knob open and also $300 for two keys. Almost 1 thousand dollars for nothing! Dont tell the building manager or super for “help”. They probably split the money. AVOID!

Really unprofessional. I could tell life was hard for them in high-school and there mothers didn't teach them much manners. They use your little platform to belittle people. Sorry your not doing something more important with your life but don't take it out on customers who are trying to support you. Learn to be professional or you will be in that little shop until you die.

I called yesterday and explained I have 2 elderly parents living with me during this heat wave. They told me a window of 2-4pm. Then they called and said the tech had a delay with another job and rescheduled for this morning between 8:30 and 9:30. At 9:40 am I called because they never gave me a courtesy call to tell me anything and said the tech is delayed and will be there between 2-4pm. I called another company and explained my situation and they guaranteed someone will be at my residence within 2 hours

Great job. Went there today to get a key made for my 1991 Buick since the only key I had was so worn, I could no longer unlock the steering and start the car. It took a little doing but the guy who was there went the extra mile to find the right blank to cut the key on that would fit into the keyway since the gm key blank would not fit.

These guys are the best all around lock and alarm company. We have used them for over 20 years for our home and Contracting business. Ronnie has consistently gone above and beyond his duty to make our customers and us very happy. Highly recommend.

They were great! Arrived on time and worked their magic. We had a deadbolt lock that just would not lock. We tried everything. Took it apart, swapped out the cylinder and still it would not lock. It was completely jammed up. We thought we would have to bite the bullet spend hundreds on a new lock and installation. But the guys from FLEETWOOD were able to fixed the existing lock and the cost was minimal. Thank you FLEETWOOD Lock!

Fleetwood's service and customer experience is second to none. I have purchased and had installed complete sets of locks for two houses over the past few years. Mike bends over backwards for his customers to make sure they are 100% happy and receive what they are supposed to. Price and service are top notch. I would recommend them to everyone.

My lock work was completed in less than 30 minutes on my apartment.
"Mike" was quick, efficient, very pleasant, and a true professional!
I paid by check, and my receipt wss emailed to me.

The owner Mike is very helpful and calmed me down when I was concerned about my garage issues. His team was on time and very knowledgeable about my issues, and patient and diligent in troubleshooting the key pad and garage sync once they fixed the issue. I highly recommend Fleetwood Lock and Alarm for your garage door issues, and we will not use them as the Condos garage repair service going forward. Thank you for such great work!

If you live anywhere in lower Westchester or the Bronx, these are your guys. They did an excellent job putting in a new door and lock for me. I also recall them doing work years ago for a family member's garage door — still functioning great to this day. I initially spoke with Mike over the phone and he was very friendly. Adam and Angelo came to do the initial assessment, they were likeable and professional.

I learned that installing a new door is NOT trivial, it takes real craftmanship to do it the right way. Adam and Angelo are the real deal, they did a superb job. They really took their time to shim around the door so it fit squarely in the frame, it was plumb, and closed tightly (great for acoustics and energy efficiency). They clearly CARED about the quality of their work — which again as excellent.

I am very pleased with my new door. It is fire safe, functions smoothly, and the aesthetics turned out great as well. The area is lucky to have such a great family owned business like Fleetwood Lock — I give them a 15 out of 10.

I locked myself out of my house. Mike was very friendly, professional and polite on the phone. He kept me updated on when his guy will arrive to unlock the door for me. They are prompt and the price was reasonable. The gentleman who helped us unlock our door was courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them and will use them again.

Highly recommend Fleetwood Lock & Alarm Co! They replaced my broken door lock the same day I called. They did an excellent repair job and cleaned up after the door lock was replaced. It was a pleasure working with them and I would definitely recommend calling them for any door or lock needs!

I have nothing but good things to say about this contractor. They installed internal and external security cameras at our condominium complex in January 2024. The quote we received was extremely competitive. Equally important is the fact that the work was done in a timely fashion. It was also done cleanly and seamlessly. Our two installers were courteous and professional. Having worked in the electrical contracting field for years myself, I recognize quality workmanship and competence.

Excellent Service. Called ahead, they checked, told me they had what I needed. I got there, they had customers, but another employee greeted me and immediately started fufilling my order. Turns out he works part time for the same company. Made me keys that are hard to find, fast and efficient. Than Rueben joined in to help. Keys worked like butter. Excellent service, fast, and very fair price. This is my new go to locksmitthing place for all my needs. 10 stars!
