While they didn’t give me a good copy of the car key for my Camry; since the original master key was worn down. The copy that they provided didn’t work at all for vehicle. They gave me a good resolution; irregardless of the inconvenience. They gave me a full refund for the blank key that I gave them to cut. I wouldn’t recommend this place though since they didn’t seem like they were willing to help with programming the key to the car. As I was able to go to another locksmith and they provided a blank chip key and copied it exactly to my OEM key with programming included. The programming procedure was fairly simple too. So I don’t know why they couldn’t give me a good solution to my problem.

Answered the phone, communicated effectively, and had someone here in about 20 minutes. They had to drill through my lock to unlock the door, but they got the job done. Price was a bit higher than expected, but I'm relieved to be back in my home. Thanks for the quick service.

I have used Fleetwood Lock and Alarms on a number of houses, and their service and quick response over the last two days were fantastic. We had a safety issue with a broken lock, and Michael had someone respond and fix the lock immediately. Their price was very reasonable, and I would give them a 10 out of 10—a job well done.

So, of course the lock breaks and the other door lock sticks right before you have to drive to New Jersey. No big deal, you hope - you postpone your trip, but now you have to find a locksmith. Very very lucky for me, I found Fleetwood Lock.

You start by talking to Paul, who patiently takes your details. Then, you speak with Michael, who helps with booking and answering any other questions. Finally, Clem shows up to do the excellent work.

I needed a Mul-T-Lock key duplicated and had been to three other locksmiths (two of them Mul-T-Lock authorized dealers) who were unsuccessful cutting a key that worked. So I gambled and drove out to Fleetwood in Yonkers. The gentleman was fully knowledgeable when it came to Mul-T-Lock and confident enough to say "if this one doesn't work, something's wrong with the lock". When I returned to the home, "open sesame". Thanks for making the drive out to Yonkers worthwhile, Fleetwood!

Highly recommend this business. The locksmith was professional and did an amazing job installing a lock on our home in Yonkers. The office staff was friendly and helpful and patient with our needs.

There are a few key 🔑 things to know and expect. One is that you'll be working with people who can answer your questions, vs. an automatic telephone response system. Two is that they can take care of your needs at location. And three is that they communicate clearly and professionally on timing so you can balance and manage expectations on your end. Great experience and service, would recommend to others. They are not the cheapest, they will show up and work until the job is done right.

10 out of 10 service.The key fob for my 2018 Honda civic died on me and Eran drove out to me to get me two new key fobs for the car at a great price. Very friendly and professional service as well as quick. I would recommend his services to anyone and will be going back to them if I have any other future issues with keys. Thank you again Eran!

I have needed to use them twice in recent months and they are absolutely wonderful!! Timely, quick and friendly. Each time they were with us, had the job done in ten minutes or less. Buffalo Mobile Locksmith was fantastic!! I was locked out of my dead vehicle, and my emergency key was not working and was unable to get in. So I called Buffalo Mobile Locksmith and he was there within 30 min to cut me a new emergency key and find a way to open my door. He made it happen after I had roadside assistance show up and leave and with no success. He took his time and knew exactly what to do!! Highly recommend! Thank you again!
