These guys are terrible and really rude and try to over charge you way too much. I went to a different place and had the work done for $20 less than what these guys were trying to charge me. I went here twice and both times they were really rude so I went somewhere else. Save yourself some time and definitely some money and don't go here! 👎

Some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. They were very knowledgeable about what I needed and got me set up and on my way. Very affordable as well. I highly recommend it. bravo Keyless shop.

I ordered a replacement fob from The Keyless Shop at Sears, which turned out to be a big mistake. Their $$$ fobs only carry a 90 day warranty, and this was NOT made clear to me when I ordered a fob for my vehicle. The fob they sold me never worked well, often requiring multiple presses or unreasonably hard presses to get it to work. Finally it gave up entirely, but by that time my 90 days was up and they have no intention of helping make good on the product they sold me.

This turned out to be a FALSE bargain! I will now have to find a reputable key shop and get another fob made. Something like a fob should last for many years, so why do they back it with only a 90 day warranty? Maybe because they know they are peddling JUNK.

NOTE to Owner: I was at the store just yesterday and they sent me packing. All I want is a working fob - how do I get that?

I went here yesterday to get a spare key made for my car after the dealer had quoted me an outrageous price. Service was so fast & friendly! I will definitely recommend my friends & family to The Keyless Shop in Bakersfield.

My key-tech was Shannon, she went out of her way to make sure my unusual keys would work. Ultimately, for my Wright Screen Door key, we had to get the blank from another source to make them work. I'm very pleased with the service I received here.

This place is unorganized. First the main phone directs you to different parts of the country. I called many times to get an update on my key fob and for some reason I was directed to someone in another state? I came half hr before closing and a young lady was already closing up shop. So I didn’t mind but my information was taken down so that they could take care of it the next day. She stated that they were having issues with fed ex to give them time to work on my key fob so I shouldn’t call and they would call me. I was fine with that. So I wait about three days and nothing. Cool. But after the 5th I called and couldn’t get hold of anyone cause of the calls being redirected elsewhere. When I finally got someone on the phone. A gentlemen stated they don’t know what I’m talking about because I never placed an order? I told him exactly what had happen and this POS wanted to get unprofessional with a consumer. I’d rather take my hard earned dollar to establishments that deserves it. I run a business out here too. We all trying to survive. You’re a reflection of your company.

best place to buy quality affordable car keys for most makes and models of cars.

I’ve bought 2 replacement car keys from these guys for different cars. I bought a car key for my 2005 Chrysler 300, the key and the remote head both worked very well. I also bought a remote head key for my 2008 Honda Accord. Both keys worked great.

I used a different car key replacement service in the past and the keys didn’t work nearly as well and the customer service was poor.

These guys are great and the gentleman that sold me the car keys was a pleasure to deal with. Very good customer service and outstanding price for such high quality car keys.

Wasn't much help for helping older folks.
Seems like they are over charging. Because I called around local locksmiths will cut and program for 50% less than what this place quoted me for.
My son even bought his own keys for them to cut, but they charged him just as much as to program and cut it.
I recommend shopping around first and skip this place.

You are losing customers because you price gouge folks.
I use to come here and recommend others to get keys cut here.
But now i see why this place doesn't get business no more.
Will turn elsewhere.
Please look for local locksmiths in the area.
This place will charge you double for a simple cut or program.

Bianca was able to knock out two keys for me in under 20 minutes for under $200 dollars. Awesome stuff. Highly recommend.

Found this place after a local locksmith recommendation and so glad he did. Broke the metal key portion of my Honda Civic key but still had the remote and chip. This place was fast, efficient and friendly. Prices were also very good and will highly recommend!

Service was excellent and they had a key fob for my car right then and there and programmed it.

$330 FOR A SINGLE KEY!! Ripoff. Charged me $100 for cutting and programming a key. She was unable to program the wireless portion of the key. Since I had my own key she said it’s not warrantied. That’s fine. But she would do the initial cutting and programming. She cut the key but she was unable to program. I said well, I’ll buy your key which was around $230 for and oem one, which included cutting programming. So I said I would pay the difference of $130. she said it was an additional $230 on top of the $100. So she wanted to charge me $330 for 1 working key. I told her you didn’t do the initial programming so I should be charged that. I understand no warranty but you didn’t do the initial work. Offered to buy your overpriced key and she wanted an addition $230. You shouldnt charge for a service that you didn’t provide. BTW I am at locksmith now. He took the same exact key she couldn’t do and programmed it less than 10 minutes. Also I asked for the owner phone number or some kind of contact and she refused to give me the info. I gave her my info, but I’m betting no one will call.
