Needed my lock repaired on my freestanding gun safe. The locksmith fixed it very timely, at a reasonable price, and he was a pleasure to do business with. Will definitely go their again!

I've lost the key from my 150$ smart lock. I visited Anderson and son locksmith in their store in st.pete. the young man behind the corner wasn't friendly at all, he took the cylinder and tried to do something with it. After couple of minutes I was told that something in the cylinder is broken and there is no way to fix it, because my lock is cheap Chinese piece of crab. That only my option now is to go buy brand new one. Handed me back my cylinder without the inside parts..so he basically broke my lock and with cold heart said good bye. Well thanks Anderson and son, will do!!! Wow

Today I had two deadbolts rekeyed and was waited on by a guy named Alex who gave excellent customer service. I have been using this locksmith company for about a decade with no complaints whatsoever. They have fair prices and do good work.

Young guy working in there today is worthless. He cut 4 WRONG keys for me on Monday. Brought in CO88’s and he cut CO94’s. He stated that the key I had was different than the CO88 they had. Went back today to have them remade. Let him know that they don’t fit inside the lock and appear to be slightly thicker. He takes the keys and measures them and said they’re the same thickness, as to prove me wrong. Of course their power is out and can’t remake them while I’m there. Taking my business elsewhere. So much for trying to support local when you get a poor attitude from the employees.

Yes, they have 24/7 EMERGENCY service available after leaving a message, BUT the store itself is not open beyond M-F, 0830-1730.

I came in Friday with all the locks from my new home. In under an hour they were rekeyed, so I was able to get my home secured immediately. Thanks for the rush job! They all work perfectly.

Needed a key for a rolling cart. I took cart into Anderson Safe & Lock on April 17th. I was told the price for making a key and the extras I wanted by Terry. I had a total of 3 carts with all the same cylinder code. I was told it would be ready the following day (April 18th) after 1pm. When I called Terry told me that he was having a little trouble getting the cylinder out but he would have it ready by noon on Friday (April 19th). I called to ask if I could pick it up early as we had a buyer for 2 of the carts.(Sold 2 without keys) Cart was not going to be ready until Monday (April 22nd) after noon. I went in Monday (April 22nd) to pick up the cart. Paid for the 2 keys made. Terry helped me load it into my van on its back. When my husband and I unloaded the cart at home and unlocked it was when we noticed the damage.

The top drawer (which Terry told me he had to take out to get to the cylinder) was damaged. The whole front faceplate was loose and wobbly. The drawer did not slide on its track smoothly as it had before. I phoned Terry at Anderson Safe & Lock and he said he didn't notice any damage done. If I wanted to bring the cart back to the store I could, he didn't have anyone that could go out to look at it until perhaps tomorrow.He also said "Jay" worked on it and he would ask him. My husband took out the drawers to see if he could see what had happened.

The picture below show the broken weld on the top drawer (left picture) and all 4 screws that hold the faceplate to the drawer were missing. The second drawer also had all 4 screws missing and the third drawer had one screw missing and two loose.

I took the drawers back to Anderson Safe & Lock. I asked worker (no name badge) if he had worked on this cart. He said no Terry does that type of work. When Terry got off the phone he came to assist me. He said that he only took the drawer out and had not taken any screws out. I asked how did they become gone and wouldn't he have noticed the faceplate. I asked him to look on his bench or ask "Jay" if he had taken the screws out. Terry said he did the work and had not taken them out. If I was willing to leave the drawers he would get screws to put back in.

I made the executive decision to take my broken items home and have my husband put screws in. I was concerned that more damage or my drawers might get "lost".

I should have checked the cart before I left the store. Very unhappy with Terry lying to me about what happened to this cart. Do not use this business unless you take before and after pictures of your item in case it gets "extra work" aka damage done to it.

Called in, and was then able to bring in my own key blanks in. They cut them in just a few minutes. Service was friendly, competent, and efficent.

If you want it done right bring it to a exceptional locksmith. Had the gentleman make a duplicate front door key and brought in a sliding door lock no numbers...to have some keys made since I lost mine..
this took all about 20 minutes😊 at a very fair price, thank you

Handed the gentleman my keys and 1 minute and 30 seconds later the copies were made and I was on my way!

Excellent service both in their store and at my home. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Price was explained prior to work beginning and were no hidden prices. Work was done efficiently (7 locks rekeyed) and was a nice surprise they were able to come early. Thanks again

I lost my car key at my job and my car is stuck out there how would i be able to get a copy of it if its a chip key?

I have not been to this establishment so am unaware of how good they are.
