Very rude people, they did service on my street, they parked on cleaning street time , I asked them nicely to move their vehicle for 30 minutes until the cleaning car will arrive and they refused and start cursing at me .
Shame for them . NOT GOOD PEOPLE TO SERVE YOU IN MY OPINION.

Tom is the best!!! He knows what he is doing, works fast, is extremely kind, and efficient. I have had him rekey and change locks countless times. Thank you, Flams!

Came to this physical location and immediately regretted it.

The man with glasses working there was extremely rude, irritated, and arrogant from the very first moment. No greeting, no willingness to help — just pure attitude, like customers are a problem for him.

Very unprofessional behavior, zero customer service skills, and clear lack of competence. Instead of explaining anything calmly, he acted annoyed and dismissive, as if he’s above everyone.

If you value respect and basic professionalism, do not come here. High prices, bad attitude, and an employee who clearly shouldn’t be working with people. Absolutely not recommended.

We are house managers and one of our clients needed key placement, change, correction and a couple other things. We have used Flam's before and loved them so we decided to use them again for this very picky client.

They were out straight away and did everything we needed right away. They were well prepared and had everything they needed on their truck.

They were so very nice and they were fast, but they did not rush it. The job was perfect. Our client was thrilled we got it all done so fast.

Flam's prices are ever so reasonable and they are super reliable.

We requested quite a few things and they were ready and got it done right the first time.

They cleaned up after themselves, unlike some that leave a mess. It was as if they were never there.

Had a blank flip key that I need to get cut. Lowes couldn't do it, Home Depot couldn't do it, ACE Hardware couldn't do it, but they referred me to Anderson Safe & Lock.

After a horrible experience of being scammed by ANOTHER locksmith, Joe at Anderson Security Safe & Lock REALLY helped me out! They had the lock I needed in stock for a great price and showed us exactly how to install it! I would recommend using Anderson to all of my friends and family! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!

Not good at all I took two pad locks to them wanted keys made I gave them the phone nnumber where they could get the codes I called two weeks later and was told the keys wouldn't fit. I took the same locks to a different lock smith and the locks were open in 15 minutes with new keys I feel I was lied to and they never tried.

I took a small Sentry safe into Anderson Safe Company to open. Sentry sent me two different sets of keys, neither set worked. I struggled with the lock for a long time. Joe at Anderson opened the safe in an instant.
They are very polite and quite competent for this job.

I am the one who spoke with you on the phone at 11 41 am on Friday and you addressed your concern that you went to Home Depot and told me they do not sell the latch separately and you were looking for a new dead latch.i explained there are a wide variety of latches and I would need to see the one in question. As there are hundreds of styles. After the conversation you said you were coming in and that was the end of our call. WE have over 100 years of experience and I assure you we can and will take care of our customers 100 percent. I would love to speak with you on the matter I have texted and called you and I would love to make this rite. I tried to reply to the review directly but Google will not allow me to. PLEASE feel free to ask for me and I would love the opportunity to make right on what I strongly believe was just a miss communication on maybe multiple phone calls trying to find a dead latch for a kwikset knob lock from what I see is in the picture. I cannot even begin to express the professionalism that Joe and Ryan showed with assisting us in installing our incredibly difficult lock/handleset. When other Locksmiths wouldn't touch it Joe and Ryan stepped up to the challenge and not only did they install the lock they truly went above and beyond to make sure the handleset was installed properly and my family is now secure. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are amazing!!

Best lock company in St. Pete! I have used Anderson several times over the years. They consistently make keys that work the first time. Other lock companies recommend Anderson when they fail. Anderson was able to unlock a door at home when another company could not. They also were able to unlock, open, and repair a fire safe at work. They even were able to make a key for my daughter's lock box at college when the key she had broke in two.

My vintage Cadillac was just delivered and the key was broke off in the trunk lock! I was so happy to drive right over and in two minutes have the lock fixed and the key rebuilt! these guys were great for helping a girl in distress. Thank you again!

I looked everywhere to find a locksmith that could cut a key for a file cabinet at our work with zero luck until I found Anderson. They are the best. I was in & out in less than 10 minutes with the copy of the key we needed to get to our very important documents. Anderson saved the day!!!!! Thanks

This safe company never answers the phone . I bought a safe from a store that had this company provide the combination . I have the receipt and the combination . The safe is a J Baum Safe & Lock Co. Cincinnati O. ... Yes it is a very nice large antique. This safe needs a 4 number combination to unlock it . Anderson's provided three numbers that will not unlock this safe. The store that paid Anderson's did so in trust one business to another business so the safe could be SOLD . The store trusted that the combination provided would open the safe so sale took place. I was provided this receipt with combination and how much the store paid Anderson's for the combination . This safe is unable to be opened. A repitabre lock smith would answer their phone. A reputable lock smith knows this safe always has a ( 4 ) number combination. Anderson's provided three (3) ...
