Alex was fantastic. Came on time. Tested key fob and key to make sure works. And even showed my things I did not know. He did my Honda 2023 hrv fob. Definitely use these guys. They follow thru !

Called 813-keys after hours. They called me back right and scheduled me for the next day. Steve showed up right on time and programmed a new key & fob for my car. He was very polite and did an excellent job. 1/2 the cost of taking it to the car dealership. Will use again if needed. Highly recommend!!!

I priced out several mobile key services who program remotes until I found 813Keys. Not only were they reasonably priced, the came to my job the next morning and got the job done super quick! The tech was super polite and helpful. He even made sure the physical key worked before he left. I will tell anyone who needs mobile keys to use 813Keys!!

So 813 Keys brought calm to a stressing situation. My daughter forgot her key for I her sister's car, who was heading and almost home some 300+ miles away. After debating driving back to Tampa or overnighting (not always reliable) the keys we went with 813 Keys who got us scheduled same day and within a few hours, we had a new key cut and programmed for her 2020 ford edge. 813 was clear on the charges beforehand which I appreciate, explained the options available and costs. It's definitely an expensive lesson at around $400 for our particular vehicle and keyfob, but worth it with no worry about mail misdelivery or driving all the way back again. The price was worth the convenience of having 813 Keys come to our location and leave us with a new key and keyfob. Thanks to 813 Keys!!!

This guy is awesome. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name though. He is very professional, works fast and has very reasonable prices. I changed the batteries on my both remotes in no time. It’s difficult to find people like him. 5 stars is the minimum I can give him. I wish I could give him more stars!

They were recommended by a car dealership. Such a professional operation! Matt took the time to explain thoroughly all the options to repair/replace the key fobs to our car. His professionalism is exactly how businesses should talk to their customers. The option for them to come to your location to repair your issue with and reprogram your car's transmitters is so great for busy families and professionals. His team is prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and fair and I would most certainly recommend them in the future!
