The technician arrived early on got right to work. In less than 30 minutes, he had me two fully functional factory key fobs. Very professional and friendly service. I'd use them again if the need arises.

We had a 2022 Lincoln Aviator delivered from out of state (to replace one lost in the hurricane) and only received one key. The Lincoln dealership wanted to charge $670 for an additional key. Alex came to our house the next day and charged $300! He also mentioned things we didn’t even know, like how to still use the key if the battery died. Highly recommend!

Matt at 813 Keys is a LIFESAVER! My car key broke off the fob and left me trying to figure out how to get home from work. A pair of pliers and magic did the trick, and now to figure out how to replace my key. I called the dealership to find out my key fob was not in stock and that it would cost me $400. The referred me to 813 Keys and Matt answered my phone call. He quickly gave me two options, come into the shop, or a SAME DAY home visit. I had the time, so I dove over to their office. Within 30 minutes, Matt programmed a new key and I went off on my merry way. Also, did it mention it was HALF the cost of the dealership. Super quick and easy service, priced well

Quick and professional. Cost was painfully high, but that's on Audi, not 813 Keys, and was still hundreds less than the dealer wanted. Plus, 813 Keys was the only locksmith in Tampa Bay that could program the key. I called a dozen with no luck, until my mechanic recommended 813 Keys. Very satisfied, and recommend.

We are very happy with 813 Keys. They came to the house and had the key fob for our Granddaughters car. If you need anything key fobs you really need to call them. They also gave us a military discount. They are friendly and come on time plus text you if they are running early or late.
