He quoted me one price when I called him then he texted me saying it was going to be be 30 more. Then when he got there he would give me a price until I paid him the 60 just for showing up. Then he charged me an additional 100.00. 170 for five minutes job. Would not recommend him at all. If I wasn’t stuck and had an appointment I had to get to I would have told him to kick rocks!! I’m telling everyone I know to stay away from him.

I had a key fob issue where my fob couldn’t lock and open from the remote and i came here to get it fixed, he then tries to program my fob to the car and it didnt end up working and he tells me that he will buy another aftermarket key fob for my car and charged me $600, the key fob comes and still didn’t work and said that something was wrong with my car, i then went to my dealership and had then do a diagnostic on my car and they said my car was completely fine and that the key i was sold is not compatible to my vehicle so this locksmith sold me a incompatible key fob and doesn’t wanna admit that this was the wrong key, i then tried asking for a refund but he wouldn’t so now i have a non working key that i paid $600. Please dont waste ur time here

Terrible service he was trying to scam me for 320$ and ended up charging me 250$ which still ridiculous, trust me on this one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I got locked out of my car & this service was excellent! When I say it was quick and easy I mean less than 5 minutes!! Great customer service and so professional.. if you want straight forward and great service I 100% recommend!!

Fixed my ignition switch cylinder lock on my 2008 honda civic. I took the technician my part and it got done in a reasonable time and it works flawlessly now!

Michael was very helpful. In less than 10 minutes he was able to program my key after dealing with a headache all day with this truck. Thank you for your help. Very recommended and definitely a returning customer 👍

Happy to find a reasonably priced solution for the 2nd (chip) key I needed for my '06 Wrangler.

Once back at base, Emir took no time getting my new key cut and setup so I could be on my way. Only went 4 stars since the cut seems a wee bit off as I hafta jiggle the key a little to open the tailgate lock.

Be advised that E & A's temporarily located on the SE corner of 105th & Lorain, which is somewhat of a hassle, esp. in the 3 o'clock hour when cars clog the curb side of Lorain waiting to pick up their kids from skool.

Will definitely be back should I need lock or key work in the future.

The locksmith came same day and did a great job replacing my door knob! I am ver happy with the quality, price, and service and recommend this company!

I cannot say enough good things about Emir and his team. They are professional, reliable, friendly, and high quality. I went to E&A to get a car key fob replacement and they took care of everything. There were other customers in the store while I was in there, and they left the place as satisfied with the service as I did. I cannot thank Emir and his team enough. I highly recommend E&A! Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and nice! Bazzi was great, he fixed my car in 20 minutes! I was worried no one was going to be able to help me because the key fob I needed was hard to find, this locksmith had my key fob in stock and was quick to help. My keys got lost in cedar point and no locksmith there could help me so I was referred to this place by someone and i’m so thankful for that! Would definitely recommend.

I recently had an issue with my key being stuck. I went with E&A mostly because no mechanic was willing to get involved and the other locksmith I tried calling did not answer. I needed my car working and I was originally quoted $250. I wasn't able to get the work done the same day that I made the call and so I told him I'd call back the next day. When I called back the price miraculously changed. It went from a definite $250 and "I can definitely fix the issue" to $150-$300 and "it depends on what I have to do." So the only reason I still went with them knowing they would probably charge me the highest amount is because I badly needed my car working and they were willing to come to my house. It only took him about 10-12 minutes to fix the issue and make a key which is cool but I did not need the extra key and then he says "and I didn't charge you for the key." Obviously he did if he changed his price from $250 to $300. He promised the extra key back when he told me $250.I already had an extra key and could have gotten one made for less than $50 in a machine if I needed another one. So overall it was a good experience but I did not appreciate the price change. It was cheaper than the dealer but for how quickly he did the job, I'm not sure what I paid for... I already had everything prepared for him

HORRIBLE COMPANY. When you call for an estimate they say to come in; once you come in they are object to changing the pricing based on however their MIND think they want YOU to pay. They never and will never have any set price for any key fix or replacement because they don’t work like that. They give their normal customers better prices and for anyone else they say whatever. Choose any where BUT here when looking for a locksmith. They’ll be talking crap in their language right in front of you & you won’t even know. They don’t have sympathy for potential customers.

I own a multi-family property and called for service to adjust one of our entry door closers. I explained that no one could meet them but I would let them in remotely and provide my CC for payment. They said they could not provide any service unless someone was present and then hung up on me when I asked why. I make these arrangements routinely so their response was both peculiar and rude.

I lost the key to my storage unit lock and Bazzi was able to unlock it and saved me from losing all my college stuff!! He was so nice and understanding. There was great communication from E & A about timing and they were free to come with such short notice. 100% would recommend!

Ahmad came through for us twice in 24 hrs!!! My wife lost her house and car keys. We called to have someone get her into the house, and he was there quickly, and got her in with no issues. The next morning, he met her at her car with a new key and fob, again no issues, and within an hour of reaching out. Very professional, and reasonably priced. Thank you again, Ahmad!
