My ignition key got locked, i called and Michael came in 15 minutes and i was able to start my car fast. Great and fast

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I originally called a number I found online, which turned out to be a third-party service. They connected me to someone who ended up calling me from a private number.

We met in person so I could show him a broken seat key for my motorcycle. He said the repair shouldn’t cost much and advised me to go through him directly instead of the third-party, warning me not to answer their calls — which felt a little shady, but I needed my key fixed. He wasn’t sure he had the right key and said he’d look into it. I left him with my broken key.

Four days later, he called and said the key was ready — and the cost would be $150. I was shocked. When I asked why it was so much for a basic seat key, he broke it down saying $45 was for “coding” and $105 for the key itself. I told him I could buy a brand-new lock and two keys online for $30. He lowered the price to $120 “just to settle it.”

I told him he should have contacted me first before doing the work or spending money. He claimed he already told me the price — which he hadn’t. I said I just wanted to pick up my broken key. He refused and said he wouldn’t return my property unless I paid. When I reminded him I never approved the service or cost, he hung up on me and blocked my number.

This felt dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I came out to make a key good guy he tried to work with my budget what I had.
I will keep do business with him again if need it and recommend him

0- this was a disgusting and horrible experience, this guy tried to charge me $285 to open my door. And since I wasn’t agreeing he lowered to $100, he kept trying for me to pay him the most I could and didn’t opened the door until I put a review, I don’t recommend this service. People need to be careful, and don’t let put fear in you. And conditions.

My car key broke and he was able to fix it very quickly. He is very friendly and helpful with excellent service.

I was referred here cause my fob was dead and nobody I called could program a new one with my aftermarket remote start. Came here after work, Michael was on it! Showed my key, he worked with me on what I wanted, 10 mins later, I'm leaving with a working key fob and my remote start intact!

$250 straight to the trash. Worst experience.
He made us a key(with the chip in it) so I went back to the car but it cranks but it never turned on . So I called him back and he was charging me $40 just to come towards my way
and $120 or more to reprogram the car . Like what ? This is the reason i wanted someone to come towards my way but told me to go to his shop instead ..
I end up calling someone else and he came and fixed it real quick . This got me heated.$250 straight to the trash.

Took it to american autolocksmith because I didn't feel confident in the near by dealerships in my area after talking to them on the phone about a BCM with extreme water damage all electrical systems associated with the anti theft/ door locks / power windows etc were destroyed he said have it towed and order the oem part and boom fixed for a great price he communicated there the whole process and fixed it with NO problem I appreciate his professionalism and his experience thank you again !! I found a guy.... and will recommend him to anyone i know!!!

Aaron called about four different auto locksmiths to come to the shelter assist me with my vehicle that was not turning on with the ignition but everything else would in the car and he what's your name again Michael came and timely manner very professional easy to deal with and understand reasonable prices and fix my vehicle My headache is going away thank you again Michael
