I've only talked on the phone but they were VERY helpful on making a key for my older BMW and maybe some options not offered at the dealership

Emir saved us and our vacation! We broke the key to our car top carrier in half - with all our bags locked inside Friday evening at 5:30pm the night before we were leaving. I called E&A and they graciously stayed for us to drive to the shop. Within 15 minutes, Emir and company had the exact key, fixed the lock and made extra copies - all for less than I was expecting to pay. And their wall of keys is very impressive! E&A is now in our phones as our go to locksmith. I highly recommend. Thank you Emir for saving the day.

Do not go to them at all. They will not quote you a price and when they do give you a price is an up charge. I got a key made that didn’t work for my car and was told that I now have to get a new key and get it reprogrammed because they didn’t make a correct key. If you have to wait for your key to be fixed go somewhere.

Came in with a diagnosis for my truck, left with the proper diagnoses and a fixed truck in under 4 hours.

These locksmiths are fantastic. Always prompt and professional. When I get keys copied they always are correct.

Brought in a lock box that I lost the keys to. The team was so courteous the entire time. Security is definitely a mindset on top of a job. They had me stay with my box the whole time, even as they picked the lock in the back, and had me be the one to open it. The owner Emir gave me some security tips going forward.
The address on their website (10500 Lorain) is for their future site (moving in August they hope). The site is visited was close by on the other side of Lorain and 105th.

If you want professional and efficient service, look no further than E&A! After waiting 4 hours for another company that ultimately couldn't make a key for my 2020 Honda Civic (and charged me for the service anyways), I ended up calling E&A. AG, who is the technician that was sent, was prompt and very respectable; it was obvious that he knew what he was doing, and I felt confident that I finally called the right company. I was fine with the $150 for the service call until they tried telling me that the service call was not going to be included in the repair if I used a credit card AFTER they came out and took apart the column. Wanted to charge me Damn near double the price do to use of a credit card. Service calls are included in the repair price as long as you get the work done just because it is a weekend and a minor emergency does not mean you have to try and rip people off. Telling me that I can cash app or venmo if I didn't want to go to the atm.
Well when someone tells you they do not have unlimited CASH just lying around how does using cash app or venmo help me?
And to top it off I paid them $800 last spring for a BRAND NEW IGNITION install
NEVER AGAIN!

I was just there today at the Cleveland location and as always GREAT customer service. I drive from Beachwood, Ohio because I know the service will be done correctly. I got my key fob battery changed for my Alfa Romeo. I have been going here for at least 10 years.,.. when my daughter needed Keys made for her vehicle they took care of us.
