Thank you, Matt. We needed a battery change and were unfamiliar as to how to do it. We took it to Matt, who changed it out and showed us how to do it whenever the battery dies again. He's a great teacher and didn't even charge us for the battery. We'll definitely be back if we ever need another fob or have other questions or any other problems. We would highly recommend 813Keys to anyone needing keys. Friendly, great quality, and they can come to your home if you are locked out or have other problems as they are a mobile locksmith. Great and prompt service! Alex was wonderful and able to quickly repair the defective fob I had, as well as wait for me to go back to my house from where he met me at my place of business, to go get another fob to fix. Love they are mobile and can come to you! Prices are fair and equatable. I highly recommend these guys!

Today, once again, great service as before! Varnel was very communicative for setting up the appointment time and his letting me know his eta. He was very kind and was able to get functional key fobs for me for my car. Awesome service!

Before hiring 813 keys I tried several other locksmiths none of whom could handle an Italian car. We had no information on the car as we had acquired the car, so it was no easy task to make a programmable key and cut the key to fit the ignition and the doors since we had no key to start with the service gentleman that did our job did an excellent job, we called him back to have a second key made A couple weeks later, which is not as hard as programming the first key but again he was prompt and on time and very friendly and did excellent work again. I would highly recommend their service to any of my friends or family and will use them again if I need any service of my own .

We did not have a good experience with this business. A key was ordered for us from this place but it took over 4+ month and endless emails to come to the conclusion, that we will never get a key. The sales person Steve was very unprofessional, with a variety of excuses why it is taking so long. The key was ordered from an actual 1st party dealership in the end. Yes, a little more $$, but how much is your time worth to you. 3 days at the dealership vs 4+ month at this place. Not recommended.

Both Matt and Steve were very knowledgeable and professional. They helped explain their process as well as the actual programming of my second key which was fairly quick. Will consider them for future needs. Highly recommend!

They came to my home, cut a duplicate key for my car and programmed the fob for half the price the dealer charges.

I purchased my key last September and it fell and broke apart. I brought it back and Matt helped me out. I still had mostly all pieces, and he was able to put it back together. It was such a great experience and hassle free.

Easy to schedule. Reasonable price. Very professional service and great communication. I purchased my own OEM key fobs, and they were willing to come out and program them for me. Will not only recommend to others, but continue to use them in the near future.

Called them for a replacement key yesterday morning. Within a couple hours they had a mobile technician at my house and not only got the new electronic key programmed, but also cut a physical key in only about 20 minutes total. They charged $200 less than the dealership and I didn’t have to go anywhere! Super friendly and efficient, will def use them again for any other needs down the road

Called yesterday and they came SAME DAY!!! Spoke with Matt to schedule and he gave me an estimate price along with giving me a ETA when they would come to my job. They are VERY communicative which I LOVED. My time did get pushed back... Matt called me to not only to inform me but also apologized. Alex was the one who reprogrammed my key. I appreciate he took the time to explain to me about the chip in my car keys. He finished everything within about 20 min. I HIGHLY recommend them! Informative, communicative, fair pricing, and friendly..... what more could you ask for?!! Thank you guys so much!!! Will be coming back and recommending you to everyone I know. I’ve been needing to get at new key fob for a few weeks. I called today after seeing their truck on the road. They answered right away and were able to schedule an appointment for this afternoon. They called to confirm arrival time and came to my office. I had a new key fob for my vehicle in record time and at a fair price. I highly recommend their service!

I needed a key fob programed as I only had one. I had an old key fob from another truck and "Steve" was able to program and cut a new key for it at my house. The whole process took about 20 minutes and DONE!!!
