The man I spoke to was very rude and didn't acknowledge I had left a message the night before. He couldn't give me a time frame as to when he could come. Just said someone needed to be there. Couldn't give me the day he could come either. Was just rude and I'll never use or recommend anyone. This was in little rock Arkansas

Ms. Karen is one of the sweetest people I know around here and will tell you everything you need to know about what puppies she has and doesn't have. And warren you of other people doing scams she just a sweet and very godly older lady don't tell her I called her older she kick my but.... Lol

They were able to not only help me find 2 rare keys I needed made. But they had the knowledge and expertise to help me in an extremely fast manner. Polite and courteous. Definitely will be going here in the future for all my locksmith and security needs.

They’ll say one thing and then back track

They helped me at first. But when I needed them to come back out and check the work cuz I thought something had broken. They totally blew me off. They lied to me on the phone said they were sending someone soon, that didn't happen. Without looking at the car again they knew it wasn't their problem. They threatened me for trying to find out what was going on.

Needed a key made, fast accurate, cheap...

Quite unprofessional business, lack of work ethics and definitely bad customer service. I prepaid $40 for a remote key, they advised that I will be receiving a call within a week and that it will take only 15 minutes to programed my key. They never call me back, after 10 days of waiting I did call them back on a Friday around 4:25 pm and they told me that they had the remote key but they couldn’t programmed cause it was late and they had other things to do to please call back next week. I did call back the next week for a third time around 1:30 pm on a Wednesday and the guy who answered the phone told me that the technician was not there and that they couldn’t set up time for me nor able to informed me when the technician was able to do the work. I had to take off work, drove to their business and I get a $25 refund, they took $15 due key’s shipment according to him. Not an apology not even given options to get it right. Waited 14 days for nothing and I had to pay them $15 for “shipment”. Completely wasted of my time and money.

Best to setup an appointment first before coming. The atmosphere feels unwelcoming but the front desk woman was ok. It just seemed like she was mad or something.

This company refuses to duplicate keys to the security door on the front of your home.

The damaged lock was replaced by him when he arrived on time. He was really pleasant, courteous, and very effective in his work. Amazingly good service!

He came quickly, fixed a broken lock, and charged a fair fee. He was delightful and very good at what he did for a living. Superior assistance to clients!

The guy came out to repair the locks on our garage door even though we gave him little notice. I agree with this one hundred percent!

The tech failed to ring the doorbell. Assumed the work was done by looking at the front door. And left. What!?!?

The serviceman fixed the lock on my house quickly and expertly. Remind him to use caution.
