I lost my key in the gym and the kind gentleman got to me in good time. It didn’t take long for him to get my door open and make me a new key for my 2023 Jeep Gladiator. One of the keys was being finicky so he made me another one at no charge. The next day both were being finicky (due to low charge on fob or some other reason) so he had me come back and by then the gym had found my original key so he fixed me up with an additional key, plus added the code to my original key at no extra charge. He works so fast, made sure I was more than taken care of, and has a great smile and personality. Fantastic all around, good, honest people. 10/10

Scheduled a time for the locksmith to come out on their website and received an email confirming the time; however, no one showed or called.

**UPDATE**
Spoke with the company, and it appears their site does not reserve a time but merely requests it, despite the initial email indicating as such, and I recommended they make it clearer that you are simply requesting a time, not scheduling an appointment. It turns out they do not service my area at all, so that's my mistake. They were willing to work with me on resolving the issue; however, with the vehicle in question being outside their service area, we were unable to work through the logistics.

Updating to 3 stars from 1 star as mistakes were made on both sides from my viewpoint.

Answered the phone quickly, extremely helpful and efficient. Came to location in less than an hour, had key already ready, programmed to match vehicle, processed payment and left. Reasonably priced, quick and accurate work. Very kind and overall the best mobile locksmith experience I have had.

Excellent fast service- I locked my keys in my rental car and Kawa showed up in under 20 minutes. It was going to take the rental company up to 90 minutes to arrive. Thankful!

Awesome customer service! Rahim was responsive on the phone and put me at ease that he could make it happen when I gave him the make and model. He got me squared away with my new duplicate key fob, cut and programed in less than 20 minutes from when I arrived at the shop. Highly recommend 🤝

Sako came and did such a great job! Great guys! Can't recommend enough. They came out, and I was in my car on the way to Kroger in 15 minutes! The rate they charged was nice, the service was friendly, I don't think I'll ever call anyone else! 10/10! They deserve the 5 stars.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I needed an extra key and fob for my Toyota and they had a very high quality fob (if you bought many secondary market fobs, they're NOT all equal) programmed with the key cut in a manner of minutes. Would highly recommend this small business owner for your locksmith needs.
