He was the only one that actually followed through with his promise that I would be driving my car the very next day because I have a special foreign key that needs to be ordered from Germany, or at least that's what the dealership told me. Very professional and quick! The Jaguar dealership quoted us $1000 for a new key + programming. JIK did it for a fraction of that and the service was friendly and fast!

The dealer quoted $450 to replace a missing transponder key for my car, even though I still had one original key to copy. I decided instead to buy blank transponder keys off the internet and have them cut and programmed elsewhere.

I love when I can give my money to a small, family business, so I headed to JIK. Itzel was able to cut and program both of my keys. She was fast, friendly, super knowledgeable, and just plain wonderful to work with. Total cost for 2 replacement keys was less than half of the quote from the dealer. A win all around.

My husband and I came in yesterday to get a replacement key for our VW Jetta. The key had snapped off of the remote fab and we needed to get a replacement quick. I can not express enough how absolutely outstanding these folks were. The customer service was unbelievable! Izzy was wonderful and very knowledgeable with helping us get the right key for our car. Jose Jr and Sr worked fast on getting the key coded and cut in just around 30 minutes and way less expensive than the dealership was going to charge us. This is a family rum and owned company and we were proud to support a local business. We will be customers for life and we cannot reccomend them enough. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed! Itzel is the owner's daughter and she gave excellent customer service. The owner is a very skilled keymaker and he cut my key in a flash! It worked great and it saved me some money going to the dealership. I highly recommend them if you need car keys made!

They did a great job programming a used Subaru key for me and cutting the emergency key. Saved me > $250 over dealer and I was in and out in 15 min.

I needed a locksmith in a pinch to switch out a core for my door hardware and accidentally found JK Auto Keys. Itzel and her brother run the family business. Itzel was so helpful and kind. Her customer service exceeded my expectations and the price was fair. I love that they had a store front. Another amazing service they provided was replacement keys for vehicles that were hard to find. They stocked a key I needed for my vehicle that I was not able to find in stock anywhere except the dealership and they were able to program it quickly in a day. I highly recommend their business. I had a key cut an programmed a few weeks ago. Itzel did a great job and was very professional. My key wasn’t the easy to match but this business worked diligently to make it work and I was able to get a fully functioning new transponder key for much less than the cost of the dealer. Highly recommended.

Amazing! Made me a new key fob for 1/3 of the price that others were quoting me, and did it very quickly. They were very friendly as well and have some cool decorations and items in the store. Go here without delay!

Lifesaver. Was visiting out of town and lost my keys. After providing proof it was my vehicle he programmed and cut a new key for me within an hour on a Saturday. if it wasn't for them I would be stranded for days

Itzel, her brother (sorry, he happened to not wear a name tag when I came in) and Rachel were all extremely eager and helpful when I came in needing to have an additional key fob programmed! They explained the whole process and walked me through the steps and it only took approx. 20mins in total. In case you need a guesstimate, as someone who brought in their own part, the cost of *only* the service (aka not including cost of parts) was about ~$110 but the customer service was unmatched, I couldn’t be more happy !

Purchased a replacement fob/key for a VW Passat. Called all over Dallas and few could help except for the VW dealer (multiple variations for a 2017, so it now makes sense) . Saved over $200 and the service was great!

Went in to have a key fob copied for my 2019 Honda Accord Sport. JIK is very close to my downtown office, so I decided to give them a try. Itzel and her family are super friendly and you can tell they value each customer. They did the work with a smile and really made me feel like a valued customer. Everything went well and the fob was copied & they cut the blank for me as well...all for a flat fee. I would highly recommend you giving them a try if you are in need of any locksmith work. Automotive is only part of their business. They do plenty of residential work as well. It's a family owned business, playing an important role in our economy. Highly recommend.

I went today because my 2016 Ram 3500 was not reading my keys for keyless-push-to-start. I was recommended to see Jose. I arrive and Itzel, who is just as competent as Jose in this industry, helped me with a key service and a new battery. Despite the relatively easy service I needed, she explained to me the possible problem, checked the voltage of the batteries in the keys, replaced the low batteries and checked the signal afterwards to confirm that her work was successful. Her diligence puts her service higher than what a dealership provides. She treated me with respect and she knew more about keys and automotive keys than I have ever heard from anyone. In my estimation, her knowledge and kindness in this industry places her above the competition, and I will now only go to JIK for all my key needs.
