I went in a few days ago to get two keys copied, the man who helped me out was super kind and gave great service! I was in and out in less than five minutes and the price was super reasonable. I will be coming back in the future!

I went in asking about a cabinet hinge and Obdulio didnt have the one I needed BUT he gave me other options to help me fix the issue. He was super attentive and super nice. Highly Recommend

Super fast service— was able to get both my keys copied lightening fast! Had visited two other key copying locations in the city, both of which did not have the keys in stock that I needed. Fair warning though, store hours are 9am-6pm which is not listed on google maps. Highly recommend if you need keys copied quickly and effectively. Also had lots of hardware/home improvement needs which was also great to see. Will definitely be coming back!

Incredibly overpriced and rude. Took 1 second to open an interior locked bathroom lock, stayed silent and stared at me when asked how to prevent this in the future. Charged $250 for what should have been $100 or less. Wouldn’t unlock or even answer questions until paid. Clearly wants us to get stuck in this situation again so he can force us to pay more. Only accepted Zelle, which made it unclear to us if this was a legitimate payment for the company or something going into his own pocket.

Extremely overpriced and unprofessional. It took just a second to open the interior locked bathroom, but the person stared silently when I asked how to avoid it in the future. They charged $350 for a job that should’ve been around $150 or less and refused to answer questions or unlock anything until paid. Only accepted Zelle, which made it unclear if the payment was going to the company or personally. Felt like they were trying to trap us into paying more.

I work for a brand around the corner and one of our chairs suddenly came apart, yikes! We needed a nut and a washer to fasten it back together. The employee looked through all their bins to find the right fit. I just needed one of each, so he gave them to me free of charge! Great guy and a true neighborhood gem. I highly recommend!
