Arrow Key Service had the key I needed, and at a GREAT price! I had checked the big box stores, building supply stores and a couple of other stores that made keys. All the others told me to contact the lock manufacture.

This is a professional key service. I have only used this for duplicating keys. It was fast and all keys made for me worked first time and every time. They have many other services which would expect to be done expertly.

Had my 2019 Ford Flex Key fob reprogramed. Works like a charm. Ronald did a great job!! Ask for him, he will take great care of You! Very cost efficient instead of what the dealership wanted to charge. Key fob was purchased off Amazon. Even had some home keys made.

I called several locksmith companies to try and get help for a lock on my motorcycle pannier. The key would only go half way in and I had stuff locked in the bag that I needed to get out. Arrow was the first place that told me they would be happy to take a look at it if I brought it in. They managed to get my bag open, and figure out that the problem was not the lock, but the bag. I have since put in for a replacement from the manufactorer as the bag and bike were less than a week old! I really appreciate the time and effort they put in to figure out the situation. I highly recommend Arrow Key Service for any locksmithing needs!

Awesome experience coming to Arrow Key Service!! Ron and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They really saved the day for me after I accidentally broke my only car key in half. Ron was able to make me 2 new keys for my Pontiac that very day, for a very good price!

I didn't purchase a service but the guy there tried to program my key for free via button sequence but it failed.. On the other hand he was super nice and offered me a price cheaper than ANYONE IN SAN ANTONIO, so I will be going back with an OEM key to get the work done :) $95 to cut and program keys if you BYO

Excellent service! Changed my old key mechanism to the new gate, no easy task I must say, since gate didn’t even have a lock box . Above and beyond customer service at a fair price. Highly recommend!!!
