Although the service was fast, while attempting to open my door the technician Francisco’s rod slipped and hit my windshield. I know he realized he cracked hit when he inspected the window closer but didn’t let me know. I noticed after he had left and called in to report the incident. I was asked to send in pictures and I would get a call back. After 4 business days I called back to follow up and was told I need to speak with the technician before they can make a determination. I called the technician and he did not answer and still to this day never called back. When I spoke with the manager again he told me he would talk to him and call back. Never did. Now I have to pay for my windshield repair on top of the money I have for the service.

THE SERVICE REQUESTED WAS TO GET A KEY MADE FOR MY 2013 CHEVY SONIC LT WHEN I CALLED AND I ALREADY HAD THE KEY BUT JUST NEEDED TO GET IT CUT. SO THEY CUT MY KEY PRETTY QUICK AND PROGRAMMING WAS SO EASY TO DO AND HE CAME OUTSIDE AND DID IT FOR ME. THE VALUE IS ALSO WELL WORTH IT BECAUSE A REGULAR LOCKSMITH WILL CHARGE YOU A LOT MORE EVEN JUST TO DRIVE TO YOU WAS LIKE 40-60 DOLLARS. I ONLY GOT CHARE 45 BUCKS WITCH WAS FANTASTIC. I'M GLAD AFTER CALLING MULTIPLE PLACES THE DAY BEFORE AND THE DAY OF THE SERVICE SOMEONE RECOMMEND ARROW KEY SERVICE. I'M GLAD THEY DID AND NOW I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO PEOPLE I KNOW TO.

I wish I had left this review sooner, just forgot to. Sometimes we forget to leave reviews for businesses that go above and beyond, this place is that in my book. Went there because I needed a lost key replaced for a lockbox, this place not only did it at a great price, they even let me try it out, and bring it back before I paid for it. I feel most other shops would have not bothered, or overcharged me, they did neither. I will bring every bit of key business I have to them from here on out for that, thank you again!

I needed some mailbox keys for my condo. I checked on Google and Arrow Key Service was not too far from where I live.
I drove over there, was welcomed at the door, told the lady what I needed and she proceeded to make me two new keys. I asked for a receipt in case the keys did not work. She printed me out a receipt, I paid and I was on my way.
I got home, tried out the keys and both of them worked great.
Thank you so much and Arrow Key Service will be my go to place now for all my keys.

Attempted to contact someone to get a set of keys duplicated. They informed me that they don't, which is acceptable.

However, I had another question, and the caller simply hung up. Additionally, they simply picked up the phone and hung up twice when I attempted to contact them back!

So I recently made a bonehead move and I locked myself out of my apartment when heading down to grab a delivery from the front. Called my building manager and got no answer so I said screw it, I'm not gonna wait around. Called Maxx and spoke to Alex, who was very polite. He told me he could get to my place in 10-15 minutes and he sure did. He had me in my unit in 5 minutes. It cost me $150, but the situation was remedied so fast I couldn't even be mad. Thank you Maxx and Alex!

Someone broke a key in the lock of a 6-unit apartment building. I found out about that issue at 4:00 pm on a Sunday. I called several locksmiths who were supposedly available 24/7 but they weren’t. Then, I called Alex at Maxx Locksmith. He was easy to work with. Alex got to the apartment building within 20 minutes and fixed the issue. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding!

Alex is the man!! Great communication, on time, 100% knew what he was doing, and helped us with several issues that we didn’t exactly know about. Repair, don’t replace, with Alex and his company Maxx security. He’s a trustworthy polish gent. We will call him back for any issues in the future. He’s in the pic fixing our intercom system. I know he doesn’t have a lot of reviews but I do, and trust me he’s the man!

Alex came out on 02/07/2023 to install the intercom on my newly purchased home, and he did a fantastic job. When I mentioned what I wanted to do, Alex took extra time to come right away, check possibilities, and give me an estimate. He came back the next day and did an amazing job! He took his time because he wanted everything to be safe, clean, and well-organized. The intercom is perfect & looks great on my door. I will use Maxx Locksmith again to install additional needs. Highly recommended!

Over priced and the worst customer service ever received from a business will definitely not recommend anyone to go to this location
