I always get great service from Arrow Key whether I bring keys in for duplication or need a rent house re-keyed. I have brought locks into their shop and had them re-keyed there when I did not need and on-site visit. When I have needed a visit their locksmith is always polite, professional, on time and highly skilled.

Lost the only key I had for my motorcycle. After contacting several locksmiths throughout SA, I was referred to a shop called Las Palmas down by the Hwy 90. Dropped of my motorcycle ignition switch for a couple of hours just for them to tell me they couldn’t make a key 🔑 Therefore, one of their staff referred me to Arrow Key Service. These guys at Arrow key know what they are doing. I highly recommend Arrow Key 🔑 for all your locksmith needs. They were able to make my two set of keys for my motorcycle in no time. The only locksmith I ever use. Very trustworthy, will reduce price after the job if he found he never had to perform any of the items in a quote. Quick to respond. I like to find a local tradesperson I can trust and I stick with them. This is my locksmith!

I struggled getting a new key made, my key wasn’t matching the manufacturer code after 2 attempts of getting a new (incorrect) key made at the dealership I had lost all hope of ever having a correct key made for my push to start car. I’m so thankful I was able to get my key made here! 10/10 recommend

If you need a key fob programmed and don't want to spend dealership service prices, go to Arrow Key Service. GMC dealerships charge $100 or more to program a key fob. I just paid Arrow $37.50 and it works great! I have gone to Arrow for key replication and lock repairs for the last 20 years. Excellent service and affordable prices.

These guys are very knowledgeable and reliable. They took care of two big problems for me in a short amount of time at a very reasonable price. I had to have two different ignition switches re-keyed one for a motorcycle and one for an automobile. I hesitate to use the term cheap because it brings to mind low-value but their prices were extremely cheap for the work that they did. I will definitely be going back to them and I highly recommend them to take care of any locksmithing needs you may have. If you're looking for high-quality work at a very affordable price this is the place to go

You generally don't need keys everyday. But I have been going here every time I needed keys. I had mentioned to a friend of mine that I was going to need some keys and they immediately suggested Arrow key service, I let them know this is the only place I've been going to for years lol . The young lady at the counter was very helpful, didn't catch her name. Jay answered some questions for me about an upcoming project I have for them, hope everything works out. Haven't been in a while, noticed Don had passed away, sending condolences. Don was a character. It seems like the people working there are carrying on his dedication to the craft.

Ron is very friendly and personable. And I really appreciate his interest in my issue with my rear hatch lock. I've gone to several locksmiths and they thought they could just spray WD-40 on it. 😂I feel I've finally found the right place for a resolution. 🤞🏾 TY!

Lightning quick! Also, without being asked, offered to try to save two keys created by a local hardware store. Arrow’s fresh keys worked at home first time. Price was half that at the hardware store.

Great people. Not greedy. The place is kind of small so easy to miss, but it's in the parking lot between sonic and Northern tool equip. I was given the run around for getting a copy of my key from one place to another. This place made the copy for me and didn't charge me until they knew it worked. It worked. Eventually came back and made another copy, just in case. The workers are nice and prices are fair. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again Arrow Key.

I called around for honest prices.Guys at GenMcullen compared to this guys is a big difference.Needed a key cut for an 07 Chevy Cobalt.GenMcmullen told me $40 and need to bring car to program.Guys at here cut 2 keys and I programmed the keys myself for way lower than $40.Highly recommend this guys.

Stopped in during lunch, all I can say is I have not been to anywhere in recent memeory where the service, price, convenince exceeded any of my expectatiions. I would highly recommend.

Best place to go in San Antonio they are fast and friendly, great prices not only for key cutting but also for locks, hide a key boxes and everything else that pertains to keys/locks. If they don’t have the specific type key you need they will help find it.

Ron was amazing. My key fob broke and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He also made 2 spare keys for my car for an extremely reasonable price. Will definitely go back with all of my key needs.

Upon entering I was greeted with a smile, the amazing lady assisted me with issue concerning office keys. She was knowledgeable of what I needed and which keys would work. The customer service is 10/10 plus they have so many key designs to choose from.

I needed a second key programmed for my car and did not have the key code. He was able to take care of it in under 5 minutes.
Pricing is way better than others in town who charge three times what he does.
