Itzel determined the problem I had had trying to program it myself was likely a bad chip. She tried the 12 minute procedure TWO TIMES to make sure. JIK Auto Keys will be my locksmith from here on out. HIGHLY recommended.

But the brother on the other hand, has no manners whatsoever and it’s definitely not how you treat a customer with short rude and sarcastic responses , this is your fathers business have some respect for him

This family-owned business deserves a 5/5 as they were friendly, polite and quick. I had previously tried to get a spare key (fob and key) for my car and the vendor at Costco (Car Keys Express) had been unable to. Price was pretty similar from what I recall!

PS. Also checked with the dealership which was over double the price!!

Great service and super reliable. They fixed three keys for me in just a few minutes. I recently bought a new car that only came with one key, and within 15 minutes they had me good to go. They also replaced the batteries in my old keys. Definitely recommend this place.

Locked out of apt and the locksmith person they sent seemed kind. However on the phone they quoted us $175 and in person they said $350. Classic nyc but beware
