The team did a resurfacing of our pool and also maintains it. The team is very responsive and does a great job. I highly recommend them.

It's like pulling teeth to get Lucas to return calls. When he is done with the pool, so is his services. UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY: I needed Lucas to call me back in JANUARY, not April. I called another pool contractor and paid them to answer my questions. Last summer, same thing. We left Lucas several messages and it wasn't until I gave him a bad review was when he finally called us back....begging me to delete the review which I did. Our waterfall is still leaking and its been over 8 months since we reported it to your company and the last message we got then was some guy named "Juan' is not getting back with you.

I called this business and told Caity that I was not going to use her company but I had some questions. She was amazing and extremely helpful in where I needed to go with my pool repair needs. If this co.pany was closer I would have deff used them. Amazing interaction thank you Caity for all the help.

They will spend as much time as you need on every detail of the design concept, and/or work with a design you may already have from an architect. During the construction process, we were very satisfied that Lucas was present on the job site for all of the key phases. We were always pleased with his responsiveness for any questions via text, call or email.

Lucas made very sure we were completely satisfied and everything was finished and working properly. The finished product was beautiful. Our pool was finished about 2 years ago, and Lucas has continued to make himself available if we needed help or for any questions.

We have also used their monthly maintenance program which we have been very pleased. This part of the business is run by Lucas' wife, Jenny. Like, Lucas she is always responsive for any issues and questions. They have done a great job keeping the pool clean and running properly.
