Very professional and considerate. Both Payton and Richard worked with me and around my schedule. Always kept in contact with me and knew what I was going through when I got flooded out of my place. Can not recommend enough.

My problems were caused by a ruptured water line and an undetected slow water leak over a long period of time. Servpro put numerous fans and dehumidifiers in my home. They were also very prompt in scheduling their "packing crew" who began packing up all my contents and moving it to a climate controlled storage facility which the had secured for us. I would especially like to recognize Carlos Flores, Johnathan Robinson, Cameron Lindsay, Richard(?) Elofson, Marleen & Nora, and Demetrius Dunley. Servpro should be proud of such amazing employees. Months later, when our home was ready for move-in, one simple phone call arranged for them to move my contents back to my home.

My fish tank had a small leak for months before realizing it. Richard and trey were there as soon as I called and treated the problem immediately. The next day Cameron and jacob were there to pull up my floors. Within the week. I was back to normal. Excellent people would recommend all of them 10/10. Thank you guys!

Whew! I can say soooo much about the service we received from Cade and the ServPro team. First and foremost THANK YOU! To wake up at 2am to a home filled with water, we were in complete shock and unsure of what steps to take. Made one call to ServPro and they came in and got straight to work on getting the water out of our home. They were very thorough with explaining the process, and even updated us daily. Mr. Cade Russell meticulously monitored the task of dehumidifying the floors of my home from water damage. Each day he came by to check on the equipment and tested moisture levels of the tile and subfloor, inside and underneath my home. He eased my anxiety over the situation. He was sympathetic and assured me everything would be fine and cleared up everything in a matter of two days. Mr. Cade and Mr. Richard Elofson just left my home and assured me that the tile on my floors would be fine and not crack. Mr. Cade said that he would also coat the floor with a coating to prevent mold growth. Mr. Cade and all his associates presented themselves and the manner in which they serviced my home with the greatest level of professionalism and sensitivity. At this point, they have earned my trust.

Servpro was there for me in my time of need! I accidentally left the bath running while I was cleaning the kitchen. Well… one thing led to another and I flooded the bathroom! I didn’t know what to do but my friend suggested Servpro of south Baton Rouge. I gave them a call and they had someone out to my house quickly! Cameron and Jacob were the two helpful men that came out! They went above and beyond when it came to repairing my bathroom! It was a great experience! I called Servpro with a strong smoke smell in my home around 2pm. I have 2 babies under 2, so I was concerned about them breathing in this air. Within an hour, a team was at my door starting the process to remove the smell. Very professional, responsive, and really caring for their fellow community members going through a tough time. A week after moving into my new apartment my dryer vent was hooked up improperly and it rained down the vent for over a month. Happy to say I called Servpro and they were there extremely fast and were super courteous. Special thanks to Trey for helping out.

We had a pipe leak in our kitchen and had to do mitigation and rebuilding through insurance. I called ServPro more or less at random when I searched for water mitigation, and they ended up staying with us for the whole process.

I cannot express how helpful, responsive, and reasonable the Servpro team members were, as well as the contractors they hired out for the rebuild process (KGB Homes). I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Victor and Angelica (sp?) were incredible team leaders on the difficult task of emptying two huge storage containers full of furnishings and office materials. They were kind, efficient, and considerate during this difficult event wherein there was a fire five floors above, and the sprinklers watered all five floors. They made sure their teams were working at maximum speed. They had the daunting task of emptying two huge storage containers, spraying and washing them down and re-stacking everything in an orderly manner. Both units were completed on the same day, which was almost a miracle in and of itself. Bravo! Bravo! You did good when you hired them.

First off thanks to everyone at Servpro for there help getting my house back in order quickly and without any mistakes. Secondly I would like to specifically thank Trey and Anthony for helping me fully understand the mitigation process, thank you guys 10/10 recommend
