Matthew Broussard was fantastic to work with! What I needed done wasn’t a huge job. Every other company I called wasn’t interested in even coming out because the job wasn’t super costly. Matthew happily came out the same day I called to look at the job. Came out again the next day to do the job. He was fast, friendly and super easy to work with! If I need roofing services in the future he will be who I call. I highly recommend this company and working with Matthew!

Blake was so awesome to work with! He made everything simple and his communication with my husband and I was always accurate and consistent. He helped us work with the insurance company to ensure we received the money we owed and even helped us get our house back up to code. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Empire Roofing fixed my leaking roof. They inspected it one day and fixed it the very next day. Freddie the repairman was very thorough and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were very professional all throughout the process. If I have need for roof repair again in the future, I won’t hesitate to give them a call. My daughter Kim recommended Blake Bello to come take a look at my roof. He advised me that I could qualify for a full roof replacement. Kory was amazing . He came out and met with my insurance adjuster personally and even dealt with the insurance company directly to get roof covered and all I paid was my deductible . Workers finished in a day and when they left, my yard and driveway were left just as it was before the installation. Quick , reliable, and very experienced company and staff. To use any other company would be your loss.

Easy to deal with, fair prices. We ended up not getting approved for a new roof by our insurance, but they were able to assist in replacing fascia and soffit, some dry rot in our garage, and installing new gutters. I would recommend them without reservation.

They were on the job 2 days after.initial call. Finished tear.off and complete roof replacement in one day. Roof looks great and they did a great job on clean-up. Highly recommend.

My experience with Empire Roofing & Exteriors was exceptional, and the crew did a fantastic job with a very quick installation, took great care to not leave any debris around afterwards.

After a hail storm, I had originally been denied full replacement by my insurer on my claim, with insurance only approving a partial 'patch' job. However with a few phone calls and assistance from Blake Bello at Empire Roofing, I was able to request and obtain a second inspection on the roof, and my claim was approved for full replacement.

Blake was a pleasure to work with, and he made the process incredibly painless for my family; helping us through the entire process from initial inspection, in reaching out to the insurer, with the second inspection, quickly getting us scheduled for replacement once the claim was approved, helping us pick out shingle colors, guiding us through what to expect, and managing the crew sent to perform the repair work.
